VERY good advice.

I knew an agency owner personally who did exactly this and paid the price. We had always gotten together previously with another good friend every time I got to Montreal. He was a very nice guy. Easy to get along with, funny, and into the escorts in a big way. Sometimes it seemed he could see escorts as fast as a one could eat potato chips. Then he got involved with owners businesses and ended up briefly running an agency. But he found out that playing with your own product created all kinds of complications until the whole thing collapsed in a short time.

Well, it doesn't usually turn out quite that way as above. I know some of the biggest name owners who sample their products frequently and obviously still survive in the business. This kind of practice is often one of the big reasons behind the merry-go-round of ladies switching agencies. It would be a lot better if all the owners were women...straight ones.

Thats why you see much less merry go round of girls in the massage world. Im not saying they dont change parlours at all but a lot less than escorts do agencies. Reason is, most of the best parlours in town are operated by women .... straight women.

Several years ago, i had several offers & considered doing the same thing, maybe later writing a book about my experiences. I would have titled it: "From John to Pimp: My Descent into Sexual Oblivion."

I assessed the pluses & the negatives, and came to the conclusion i didn't need the b.s. that came along with running an escort agency, even though it had its benefits.

If you win enough money in your job to see SP, I cant see any benefits.

It seems megafun from distance but in reality, a business is a business. After 6months you see the SP as if they were your employees in any others businesses... I used to work in a very fun business, all my buddies told me I was lucky, but in reality you forget the funny part of the job quite quickly, a business is a business...

It's a lot of work and a lot of problems due to SP's weird personalities, legality and potential dangerousness of competitors.

You could think that you can fuck for free, but in reality if you fuck your employee, there is a price to pay on the quality of your business which is by far more expensive than what you would have paid to fuck her as a client. You also could think you will be able to date them easily, but hey do you really want to date a SP who do it cause you're her boss, is it really the perfect mother for your future children ?

So IMO if you think you can make a lot of $$$, do it, but if you wanna do it for any other reasons (sexual), avoid...

Thats pretty good advice and they were my thoughts as well. I think James is mostly in it for the business opportunity. I remember when we first spoke about it a cpl months ago i just told him to be prepared to see the "other side" of the biz and be able to deal with it. He is a smart guy, i am sure he will be ok. If the money is good then you can overlook the negatives most times. Any business you choose to do should be fun, yet it is not all fun and games all the time.

Besides, James has the best mentor in the biz....Mike

manapart will not need to ask the girls for free sex. His big challenge will be keeping the girls away from him.

I don't know if a SP motivation for screwing the boss is being horny. It's more trying to get some favoritism. Plus, many SPs have resentment against men, and guys paying them for sex is a get even in their mind kind of thing. SP's who have resentment would never allow a boss to get it for free.

And plus, I think once a girl starts screwing for money, the only guy who will get it for free is a guy who is extremely attached to them, and someone who boosts her self-esteem with his physical attributes.

Its seems to me that you know very little about the girls that choose the prostitute lifestyle or this business in general. Just because they want to get paid for having sex with you does not mean they always expect to be paid for sex. Your dummy enough to pay, they will take it and why not. They need to make a living too.

However, these same girls are very liberal and desensitised to sex. They don't give a rats ass about sex or virtue. They get horny and they want to fuck. If a john is not available, the driver is , or the pimp is.

Well it seems you have a lot of prejudices about SPs.

The SPs I saw out of business were not like you said. They had virtue and didnt have sex with the first men they meet when they were horny...

The only thing I noticed is that they were all quite unstable, so probably hard to manage as a boss.

I concur with Doc. I have nothing to compare it to so I will offer this analogy. When I was a kid I played organized baseball from ages 8-18. Our Dads took us to Baskin Robbins after every baseball game to eat ice cream as a reward for playing good ball. I wanted to try all the flavors (57 I think). I looked forward to every visit. I would try a new flavor every other time. Blue moon was my favorite and my main stay. Then One summer I got my first job. It was a job in the Baskin Robbins of all places. I now could eat all the ice cream I wanted. The first thing I did was eat too much ice cream too fast and I got the dreaded brain freeze. Next I noticed I become lactose intolerant, and finally I gained weight and a noticed a few new pimples. Every day there was a long line of screaming brats lining up for ice cream cones. Many would have a fit until they got what they wanted. It wasn't long before I couldn't stand ice cream and I wanted to get as far away from ice cream as I could. After that summer it was a year or two before I could eat another ice cream cone again.

The same thing happened at my favorite Pizza Parlor a year later....a few years ago I found you can get too much lobster when I was traveling Maine on business.

Being a escort agency owner is definitely not paradise on earth!!!Its troubleshooting everyday ,clients complaints ,girls not getting along with other girls or drivers so many problems plus the stress related to law enforcement !!!
