A quick search of the "whois" records reveals that the website was registered by Joe Toth of HB Designs of Montreal. I don't know what HB stands for but among the possibilities are Henry Bernard, Holy Booboo, and, oh, Heart Breakers.

Among the other websites registered by HB Designs is montrealescorts.com. That website is owned and operated by the same person who operates a board very similar to this one, but with a blue background.

Except that, anybody can file a notice of copyright, forms for which are easily found on the net, for free. But sure, if you want someone to spend money needlessly, see an attorney, especially an IP, which can get expensive, real fast.

We have no doubt that the owner of the images is Lisa Real. As she noted in her post, there are photos on the second site that include the Lisa Real watermark. This provider does not work in Montreal and has no reason to make any false claims here. There is no reason to dispute her claim.

MERB has allowed her to make her post here as the other site does offer services in Montreal and we believe that our members have a right to know about dishonest agencies.

There is no third claim to the photos. The post that was removed has nothing to do with this situation and does not concern MERB in any way. As such it was off topic in this thread and was removed.

You clearly don't understand how the digital millennium copyright act works. Step one, EB, is for the copyright owner to issue a take-down notice to the entity(ies) responsible for the hosting. I am far from being a pretender and as a matter of fact I happen to be very allergic to pretentious people. I started my post in a very humble way stating that many members here are aware of who is and that certainly many of them have noticed...So, I am by no means pretending to be a god of whatever and hold the absolute truth as your post insinuated. My previous post was based solely on the DNS servers of all these sites and I even took the precaution to mention DNS servers do not always give an idea where a web site is hosted.

I use domaintools.com which is a free service (actually I use FlagFox firefox extension which shows me the flag of the country where the sites I am visiting are hosted and gives me access to a bunch of services related to the web site).

My mistake in the previous post was not to click on the server stats to find out about the hosting company of marie-france's web site. I admit that I make mistakes like any other human beings and I generally apologize for them.

You could have posted the info about the hosting company and the services you have used instead of making an SP believe that you have some special skills that will help solving her problems while using some public services that anybody can access. You have already started a thread some time ago offering SPs some kind of web consulting service for a fee. It seems that you like to control SPs with all your knowledge. You can also claim that you are doing this just to help SPs, though another BBW provider posted some time ago that you sent her a nasty PM re. her appearance.

Finally, I have no rage against you. It is just that your posts symbolize everything I hate in life and very probably this is a reciprocal sentiment.
