I'm not shure but I remember couple of months ago, MOD had posted a file to download to be able to get in the new chat room. I remeber because I had to download it to be able to go in the new chat. I'm trying to find it out but even with the search button, I wasn't able to find out. Maybee MOD could help with this one. I'll try to be there Thursday and next Monday.

I finally went to the Merb super Chat

Chatting fells like been a teenager, it is fun and boring all at once, however I menage to have fun there with some sweet guys.

Tomorrow evening...

i know i promised to organize an evening of chat tomorrow night (monday the 29th), where we could discuss many things including last friday's party and various things.
I find that I personnally will not be able to attend as I have some more pressing business to deal with. But I don't want to take away the chat from anybody who might be looking forward to it (is there anyone?), so if someone could step up and organize things in my place, that would be great...
CK_NJ? Feel like stepping in my friend? anyone else?
Basically, all that needs be done is to open a "room" at about 7pm, and checking this thread for anyone like Karma last time that had trouble logging in...
BTW, I still don't know if she's succeeded in solving that problem...i know some others like the Chef and Lil'Joey's Fan were locked out...
Oh, as a door prize, Sunny from MontrealHotGirls had promised a free evening with his whole stable of girls at the same time if we cracked over 30 people attending tomorrow night....

Shijak, I may or may not be available that evening. I still may be out barbecuing for Memorial Day.
However, it is very easy for anyone to create a new chat room.
Just click the Add button and create a name (i.e. MERB Chat). Just remember to make it public with no password required.

If you click the up/down arrows to the left of Add, you can choose to switch to any of the rooms.

I have created a MERB chat room. Hopefully some people will come in. If not, I'll try later on.

Once you are into the main chat room, if you click the up/down arrows to the left of Add, choose MERB Superchat.

If for some reason I leave, and the room disappears, just click the Add button and create a room name (i.e. MERB Chat). Just remember to make it public with no password required.

For people that still cannot get into Chat, try uninstalling any of the previous Flash Players.

1. Click on Start/Settings/Control Panel.
2. Go to Add/Remove Programs.
3. Select Macromedia Flash Player, then select Remove. If multiple Flash Players are there, remove all of them.
4. Say yes to anything it asks, and let it uninstall.
5. Reboot.
6. Download and install the latest Flash Player.

Hopefully this will work.

If not, try another browser, like Firefox, Netscape, or Opera.

Also, there are 2 ways to sign on to chat:
1. Click Chat button between the 'Archive' and 'SP Dir Mtl'. Make sure you are logged into Merb also.
2. Login through spchat.com

For me, Spchat.com does not work. However, it works for others. So it will be YMMV either way, lol.

One more thing several people suggested. Make sure your IE security settings are not set too high. If they are, they could be blocking you from getting in.
