Why: Posing as a customer (shilling) isn`t allowed on MERB. No matter if you are a paid advertiser or not, you must follow the rules. Posting fake reviews is wrong.

Next suspension for Bootyqueen will be permanent if we catch them doing this trick again.

Why: Being a MERB advertiser doesn`t give you the right to use fake pictures. The picture in your ad for Jenny is obviously not her. If you want to tell members the girl they`ll meet will look like the girl in the picture, you must be very clear the picture just look like the girl and the girl you offer is not the one in the picture.

You can`t show a picture and have people think it`s the girl they will meet when you know for a fact it`s not.

If you do this again, you will get suspended for 1 month.

Lovemaker

Suspended for 2 days: Lovemaker

Why: When posting something in a public forum, everybody is allowed to comment and, there`s no saying the people commenting will agree with what we posted.

This means, when one post something, one must be ready to accept any comments, as long as they are done respectfully and, if one want to respond to these comment, one must also do so respectfully.

Lovermaker failed on that part and started to lash-out at a member who simply and respectfully expressed his opinion. This isn`t tolerated on MERB.

Why: Posting unproven shilling accusations.

Accusing somebody of shilling in public only serves to scare legit new members away from posting reviews. When somebody suspect a post to be a shill, all that is needed is to PM the moderators and leave us take care of it. Moderators don`t act on suppositions, we need facts. In cases where we can`t do anything, the members are intelligent enough to gauge the validity of the post, without other members giving their "expert" opinion.

3) Courtesy

i) All posters are expected to show the utmost respect and courtesy in all communications. Refrain from name calling, unjustified accusations etc.

We expect this to apply to PM communications as well as any posts made on the board.

Duration: 1 week

If anyone has a problem with another member, continual harassment by PM is not the way to handle things. Use the ignore function or contact a moderator if your problem is related to board rules. Any repeat of this infraction will result in a much longer suspension.

Reason: Racist rants. Continual insults directed towards other MERB members, usually based on language. Generally being a shit disturber who contributes nothing of worth to the MERB community. MERB members come from every walk of life, every religion, every race, nationality or skin color. All members are equal here and deserve respect for their origins and beliefs.

You have been banned for these same reasons in the past and have not changed your ways. I see no reason to continue to give you chances to clean up your act when you obviously have no intention to do so or to ever become a useful contributor to this community.

Why: Cochon69 is a duplicate handle for Aabyss. This gentlemen obviously had issues with Kandy agency and it seems he was "told" that posting bad reviews about that agency was not a good idea so, since then, he`s posting only good reviews about Kandy. Members can draw their own conclusions in private.

Aabyss, if you post again about anything related to Kandy, you will get banned permanently. Any attempt at fooling us with duplicate handles or whatever will also result in a permanent ban. The goal here is to break the cycle.

MERB does not permit duplicate handles. You registered both these handles within minutes of each other and used both handles to post with. You also registered a third handle which was banned before it was approved. Any other handle you may attempt to register will also be banned and a complaint will be filed with the abuse department of your ISP.
