Why: This member was already suspended once for not following the rules and was warned to be more careful. Apparently, this warning was not clear enough. This time, mtlforme posted the same exact post in 3 section, asking the exact same thing. This is clearly against the posted rules.

Next time this member doesn`t follow the rules, the suspension will be way longer. I strongly suggest to get familiar with the rules on MERB.

Reason: It has become quite obvious that this member has no interest in rejoining the MERB community in any other capacity other than one of shit disturber. While he could have come here openly, ready to discuss the comments he has posted against this board for more than a year on merc, he chose to attempt to sneak in and immediately make posts designed to cause a disruption.

While I was at first ready to give this individual a chance, I see now that this was an error in judgement. In reviewing his posts on the other board, posts where he disclosed personal information of MERB members who cannot reply or defend themselves there and continues to make unprovoked attacks on this board, it is quite clear that there is no place for him on MERB.

Duration: PERMANENT or until which time he removes all attack posts directed at this board and it`s members from his usual playground and posts a public apology to those members of this community and MERB as a whole for his actions.

I would like to add a warning to any others who attack MERB members on another board where they are unable to reply. There is no place for you here. If you insist in attempting to disrupt this board, we will have no second thoughts about filing complaints with your ISP and if necessary, the appropriate legal authorities.
