1. Advertising in the review section despite being warned multiple time they could only advertise in the advertiser section.
2. Posting advertisement in their Visitor Message section despite being warned multiple time they could only advertise in the advertiser section.

I`ve seen people who didn`t understand quickly but Elegance is beating a record...

Elegance, even if, for any chance, this problem is caused by the person doing the MERB posting who is changing, it is YOUR responsibility to inform your staff on how things are done on MERB. The rules are the same for everybody and other agencies/MP don`t experience the same problem you do. Besides what I`m saying above, the only other reason we can see is you are doing this on purpose to gain visibility. This isn`t a good idea since you loose visibility when you`re suspended and you`re also wasting money.

Next suspension will be 3 months.

Why: The advertiser section`s title is "MERB Advertisers Only" and there`s a big dark green line at the top of the section that say "Please note: You MUST be a https://merb.cc Advertiser to post in this forum. " but some still miss the point.

EDIT #2: GiveAndTake realized his mistake and tried to delete his post. He sent me a PM apologizing the same day and asked me to remove his post. Because of this, I`m removing his suspension.

EDIT: genieconseil is at his second infraction of the same topic so, he`s rewarded to 2 weeks instead of 1.

Merlot, I did not set rules in that thread only for you to try to get around them by being `clever`. In your posts you complain about the behavior of other posters but then do your best to aggravate others to break the rules by thinking you have found a safe way to do it. Think again. I gave you the benefit of the doubt in your fictional and satirical telephone conversation but I now see that I made a mistake in doing so as you seem to have decided you could push things further.

I have decided to be kind and have only suspended you until the 23rd of December due to the holiday season. When this suspension is over I will be expecting a serious change in attitude in your sports posts or the next time I will not be so generous.

Yesterday on Jan 03, 2012 you made SIX advertising posts on MERB. The times of the posts were as follows: 2:44 AM, 12:31 PM, 3:04 PM, 4:48 PM, 5:11 PM and 11:54 PM. I can understand making a mistake and deleting and replacing a post within 10 or even 15 minutes but none of the posts made fall into this leeway period. No matter which way I look at it, there is no excuse for making 6 posts in one day.
