For all advertisers: unless a member first contact you to know about your services, you can not send PM to advertise your services or offer rebates. Even when contacted by a member, you can only reply to his request, nothing more. A member contacting you is not a green light to bombard him with messages later-on.

There is little more to add other than we have no wish to have such members on MERB.
