He is done, and summarized the report a bit. (Russian interference was a big deal. Obstruction is a big deal but the rules say no charging Trump. If the evidence exonerated Trump Mueller would say so, it did not exonerate him.)
I get he wants to just ride off into the sunset but I figure they are going to try and make him testify anyway.
He really does come across as someone who really wants to live in a time when you could just hand in a report by the book and that was it and is sad that isn't the case any more..
