I disagree with this policy. I think SPs should be allowed to post at least one response. It helps clarify the situation.

And for the record, yeah, even after reading her first response (didn't see the others) I think she was wrong and should have called the guy after not hearing from him. He can't call her, doesn't know her number, but she can call him.

That being said, 18-25 year old women might not be as organized as IBM customer support. It's to be expected. I don't think I was too organized when I was 18 either.

I agree a TEXT MESSAGE would have been appropriate but Bat-Man's complaint was that he did not get a phone call, not that he did not get a TEXT MESSAGE. In fact that is exactly what I said, that my indy sent me a text, which I received on my laptop at my designated email. It was the SP's desire to communicate by email, but she had my cell # if I had not responded and would have texted me there, which as it turned out she did not have to because I was doing work on my laptop.

Talking on the phone about escorting activities is a big no-no, when in a cab or a bus or a subway.

I have never met KIM, but it is only fair to suggest the SP's possible perspective otherwise we have a one way street of thought/communication which is synonymous with ignorance. It is not US vs. THEM and if you think so, you are a misogynist.

The Mods did not allow KIM to post, but it is fair for others to speculate reasons as to why she may not have wanted to call.

Most of them never had a real job and it shows. Some of the bull shit I had to put up with would have never made it in the "real" world. I dont know if its fair to compare this business to a normal legit business. But still, most of them are not that educated (no offense but at the end of the day, they suck cock for a living). I dont see any lawyer or doctor sp, and most of them do this because they could not do anything else and they have NO fucking clue what good customer service is. I mean thay show up 2, 3 hours late, they cancel without any warning, they dont call, make up pathetic excuse, taking the client for idiots etc...but at the end of the day, it's pretty much the only way I could bag a HOT 20 something years old chick so it's still worth the hassle...

I did not mean to insult, I just see it as fact fact. Call it what ever you want to call it , it's still what it is.... I apologize if I insulted anybody but they still have sex for money... It's just that when an sp show up 2 hours late, full of fake excuse, did not call, etc is not good customer service. But in all fairness, they almost all failed me at some point so i'm not pointing finger at KIM, like I said she gave me good service paying for the room, just trying to give my opinion as what customer service is and we dont see much of that in this business.

Just my opinion, sorry if I offended anybody.

ps: I find it a strange rule KIM could not post in this because it's important to have BOTH version to make a wise decision...

I agree with the prior posters that KIM should be allowed to post here. This is not really a review thread; it's a non-review as Bat-Man never saw KIM. The "non date" was apparently due to a misunderstanding or miscommunication, and everyone learns when we hear both sides of a miscommunication. I understand you may view this as an advertiser posting in a review thread, and while I understand that policy generally, not in these circumstances where there was no date and no real "review".

Insulting SPs is not the way to go about improving their service. The stuff that you posted is simply unnecessary to make your point. We get that the customer is always right. The customer is also stupid sometimes too, and we as readers and as fellow clients should be permitted to inquire as to whether that was the case in this or in any other situation. It's no different than going on a hotel bidding site and learning that a bidding strategy used by another customer failed.

Alright, fair enough, I apologize to everybody that felt insulted by my comments, it was not my intention and I can admit that I went a bit far... I wanted to stirr things up and I just got fed up of this bullshit...

By the way, the customer IS NOT ALWAYS right, because the customer doesnt have alway all the information and some of his request may not be reasonnable. But on the other end, I can see its frustrating for clients to get played like if they are idiots....

Great idea to move this to the lounge because the way I see it, it's not even about KIm but customer service in this very fascinating business...

I do consider Bat-Man thread as a review...he just had a very poor service.

Sometimes we do review the agency and the receptionnist, let's do the same with Indy.
Indies don't want any receptionnist or driver to make a cut, you want to make 100% of the money so assume 100% of your responsabilities.

My exprience with Kim was wonderful when she was with Devilish which I manage to see her many times .she was one of my all time faivorates .I even saw her when she started with ELEGANZA .when she becames indy I booked her twoice both times did not show up .Did not even call to cancell it.I guess most sps when they have enough cusomers their ego becomes the problem.cause if they see 2 customers and they get to keep at least $400 .To make almost the same amount have to see at least 3 or 4 cutomers and be in the car with the driver min one and halph hour providing her customers are booked back to back.belive me I am done with these princeses(Indys).so many wonderfull escorts availables through the agncies for a much better price and you can pick and choose at the same time.

I saw Kim as an indy and used her e-mail booking system as well as waited for the call 5 minutes prior and had no problems at all. Is she 100% reliable? Probably not. Is anyone here? Probably not... Shit happens. You just don't like it when it happens to you.

BTW Mods, weren't SP's allowed to participate in threads that were about them (review or not)? That was my understanding.
