If every sp could answer to members who post bad reviews, it would be the war on the board.
I disagree with this policy. I think SPs should be allowed to post at least one response. It helps clarify the situation.
And for the record, yeah, even after reading her first response (didn't see the others) I think she was wrong and should have called the guy after not hearing from him. He can't call her, doesn't know her number, but she can call him.
That being said, 18-25 year old women might not be as organized as IBM customer support. It's to be expected. I don't think I was too organized when I was 18 either.
