I swear they aren't deleting the texts. I don't do this activity often but agencies' responses tell me they have my old texts from months prior. I can bet this can be easily tested.

Not only that, but in the case of one agency, they have your contact info from a previous agency from which it was an offshoot - I know this because the SP at the newer agency called me by the (fake) name I gave XO back a long time ago. Never gave it to the newer one.

It's about to get even lower. The case is getting attention. The interview on youtube and LaPresse article is gettimg insane attention.

What I mean is, even as we say 10 % cause 90% of the problems, but if we were to factor in the number of people who contact us and either don't get a response back because all they wrote was Hi. Or who threw the process of comunication, or lack there of, and appointment isn't created in the end.
If we count the "no way this is happening", contacts, before even including what might get in the door, that percentage of problematic clients goes up.
Just in the first 5 messages I see so much disrespect by most to the process of this is intimate relations these people are asking for. 75% of messages alone often start with
-Hi
-I wanna f*ck.
Or some deviation of this. Often with a tone of urgency, and the impression that we aren't anything but something to stick their hard on in. It is higher than 10%.

For some reason I have a feeling more agencies are about to get raided

We're all in a lot of trouble then!

That brings to mind the subject of burner phones. I've always bought a new SIM when I get into town, and I registered under a fake name ... but I bought the SIM with a credit card, and used it with my standard phone, so I didn't really get myself any extra protection, did I?
No you didn’t. But do you think an ayatollah is going to knock on your door to take you to the town square for your execution?

Again, nobody gives a shit about any clients.

So if we used our phone to text XO even if we didn’t get an appointment we are cocked?
What about doing business with other agencies and they get raided and their phones seized?
The shit is about to hit the fan…

Why do you think they are not going after clients since their is a law against client but not law against the sp, so to stop this shit they are juste gonna put end on the demande to stop this scandale…

Yep as per Bill C-36. All they need are the texts. Even asking for a booking makes you guilty of solicitation for sexual services. Whether they will go after the clients or not is another story. But they can if they want to. The law is very broad and it was designed in this way on purpose.

Do you think they gain from stopping sex work?
Do you think it is a winnable war?

Chimps in a lab under control studies started giving female chimps bananas, to buy sexual favours.
Psych wards had to shut their monopoly money weekly rewards, so that mental patients would stop buying sexual favours from female residents.

Robert has to most Hilarious take about going into a cop shop to surrender yourself for buying sexual favour, to witch the cops will laugh at you and kick you out. That image amuses me greatly.

The question pops-up every day, multiple times a day, And I suspect it is the reason, this thread is 46 pages long now.
People secretly looking if they're in trouble or not.

I don't think we are.
That being said, be a grown up and acknowledge that what we do here is not technicaly legal...

Because nobody cares about the clients.

Because a handful of clients isn't going to end the demand.

Because I rather be scared to be on a business trip from Montreal to NYC and crash into a fire truck.

Because I might die from a disease before a cop knock at my door asking me if I met cheeky Isabella, sexy Laura, naughty carmen, et cetera

Also please find statistics about such prosecutions since the law has been enacted.

At this point we should begin to tell people to move out of Canada, change name and sex JUST to be sure.

Because I’ve seen more agency busts in NYC over my hobbying career than my age. Please read my JuliesNYC post a few pages back. Usually it involves an agency doing something really stupid. Yet many are business for a decade or two. MBV, Lear, TDT etc.

IF…the Montreal police announced a new campaign to target demand, and then the XO bust suddenly happened, I’d say that AlexDaniel dude on Merb is really onto something. But this was a one off, with some rather heinous allegations. And we don’t even know any backstory here.

Don’t you think this is exactly what LE wants, make clients panic so they stop seeing escorts? The point of C-36 is to stop the demand, not the offer. They did a good job.
Why does LE want clients to stop seeing escorts? Like, why now, unless I missed an announcement? And that would mean Independents would be at risk nearly as much as agencies, as LE could watch clients entering even a residence.

I think we’ve all jumped the shark here. Back to regularly scheduled programming. Be safe. Have fun. There’s not a sex cop around every corner waiting with cuffs.
