**Note to Agencies Regarding Girl's Hygiene**

I am just posting a note to all agency owners (and girls who may read this). Please remind your girls that they should not only wash their genital area before/after an appointment, but also take care of their oral hygiene.

It is quite rare that I have encountered a hygiene issue with a girl's vaginal area. Lately it seems, that I am running into a lot of less than fresh breath. Whether it is cigarettes, a prior lunch, or not freshening up enough after a previous client, I have encountered multiple cases of less than ideal breath the last 4 weeks or so. It usually isn't terrible, but just enough where I am turned off from kissing and it acts as a general mood killer.

It is very rare, I see a girl brush her teeth when she is cleaning up. Sometimes there is some mouthwash, but not often enough. Gum is not sufficient! Every girl should brush their teeth and tongue before/after clients and preferably also use mouthwash to kill bacteria. I think of certain girls who always had super fresh breath with me and it makes a big difference.

Good post, MA. I also would encourage the girls to use quality mouthwash (not the cheap ones we find in hotel rooms) before & after encounters. However, i'd discourage them from brushing their teeth between appointments. That's how some bacteria mind find their way into their bloodstream if their teeth are brushed too often & quite often minuscule cuts could develop on their gums. I'd also suggest that clients not brush their teeth within one hour of their appointments.

Brushing them in the morning, after meals & before going to bed is okay. Don't forget to brush your tongue, where a lot of bacteria resides. Just prior to appointments, i'd recommend they just use a quality mouthwash, as stated. If kissing & DATY occurs during the encounter, they should make sure to rinse their mouth once again as soon as the lady has departed their premises. Gargling is highly recommended. Wouldn't want DATY to be responsible for a nasty throat infection. Again, i wouldn't recommend they brush their teeth until at least one hour after sexual activities (and rinsing) have been over with.

Yes, you are right about brushing Doc. They should refrain from brushing 1 hour before an appointment. I think it would be Ok to brush their tongues though. That is where most of bad breath bacteria go, especially after oral sex.

When you get up in the morning, just brush your teeth and not your tongue and you will see what I mean. Not fresh at all.

In general, I would just like agencies to remind their girls to be aware of oral hygiene. When I encounter it, I get turned off and rarely will repeat, so it's bad for business. Cigarettes has always been an issue, but lately I am encountering other forms of less than fresh breath. I have been with many girls who smoke and with mouthwash and whatever else they do, I could not tell with some of them when kissing, so it can be done! I don't usually point out breath issues, in my reviews, with the occasional mentioning of cigarettes if it is strong, because I don't think it is fair. In saying that, It is not only clients who are at fault with this issue.

Agreed with above, had a girl come see me once after stuffing her mouth with McDonalds.

Hygiene is OK, paranoia is weird. If the client shower properly, is dick should be clean enough. Remember, soap is the best antibiotic so a clean dick is clean... For contaminants from the sperm, chlamydia and others, if you are really concerned, condom is the only way to play safe. The real probleme with chlamydia, gonorhea and syphilis is not bad breath, and you know well.

So OK for a good breath but no one should think that there is a way to eliminate completely threatening bacterias or virus. Just my 2 cents.

The best way to get a contamination is by direct contact with body fluids and HIV is the most threatening (with hepatitis virus) and blood (white cells) is the best vehicule. So avoid any brushing in the mouth immediately before or after sex. I suppose nobody will brush his dick, right? and no SP will brush her pussy, right?

It's been already proven that the alcohol content in wine isn't will do nothing to kill bacteria.

These days, many dental hygienists are required to recommend using Crest mouthwash over most of the others, especially Listerine. Listerine has a very high alcohol content & will do more damage to teeth in the long run as compared to the mouthwashes recommended. The exception to this rule is Listerine Zero. Personally, i'd recommend Crest, Listerine Zero or Scope if you use it regularly. After a session with an sp (or client), i'd recomend those three & would agree the stronger Listerine could be used for such a reason. But on a daily, regular basis? No.

I know. However, i felt some people might be misled by your post & believe you were implying that wine can also act as an antiseptic. I figured i'd help clarify some things for them if this was the case, since there are people out there who unfortunately believe wine does as an effective a job as a quality mouthwash does.
