Obligatory to do business with girls found on classified ads in France?

Here in Quebec I think it's better to do business with agency girls or with girls on Indy Companion.

But I wonder if in some places like France, it is not obligatory to do business with SPs found in classifieds or in directories? There does not seem to be many agencies in France. And the forum equivalent to MERB is called Youppie and it does not accept reviews of what is happening in France since the new law that penalizes the purchase of sexual services .

I do not know much about the French sexual services market. Any advice?

Forget France for hobbying.
