I forgot to mention, the young guitarist complained he didn't get a raise after working 1 year with us. I explained to him that raise are depending on how many hours he did. That we need to do a certain amount of time to get a raise. I tried to use an example that someone who only works once a week get a raise at the same time as someone who works 5 days each week, that would be unfair. I also said since he only works once a week, that not a lot of hours in 1 year. He said that's stupid, he still worked 1 year.

The last guy we train is 23 still with us, I have nothing against him he is cool and we have lots of fun together, but is mentality is the same, he is the last guy in does not want to work weekends, wants more money even if he makes a lot of mistakes in is job etc. Honestly I feel like in the twilight zone sometimes or a parallel world.

He ain't wrong. Cost of living goes up for everybody.
