The first SP i ever saw was studying to be a nurse, i was very nervous and all about this as well as i heard hiv or SIDA as we call it in french could be transmitted this way. She said it would need like 1000 liters of saliva to be a sligh risk. Its true tough that a bad cut or somthing having to do with BLOOD is more risky, but saliva is not really an issue.

Personally so far i never catched anything, so i would say if the risk is there, its very small. Would suck to catch something too, but most diseases can be threated, at least the one you may get trough oral.

I've seen SPs a few times ( not as much as anyone here it seems ) at the beginning I was wearing a condom for blow jobs, but since most girls offer BBBJ... and since they are so hot and hard to resist... I couldn't resist and went for BBBJ the last three times. But I'm always a little stressed after ( I am a little hypochondriac ) So I would like to know if you do that also... if you ever heard of anyone catching something doing that... are you worry...a little ? Not at all ?

Not too long ago i saw an sp for a bbbjcim, and a lady who knew i saw her told me to go get checked as this girl had a ghonorrea. Freaked me out completely, i had no symptoms, waited a few days, a week total since seeing the sp and went to a private clinic to get checked for everything. To my surprise, i have nothing, was expecting antiobiotics and a stern warning from the nurse, butI was cleared from all diseases. So my new philosophy is still to get BBBJ, but not with any girls who offer CIM, and even to be safer, i offer money for the extra and will only go if and only if, she replies with a stern no. Although there are still risks, i think this way you can keep them to a minimum

if you are a hypochondriac then you have no business being in this 'hobby' - paying prostitutes for sex.
watch how you came on the womans tits and then she just wiped it off with a towelette . There is still jizz glaze all over them. Then walk by the next client in the hall and you will look into the face of the guy who will be licking those tits with your dna on them.
or how about the jizz you spilled onto the bed --- the sheets aren't changed after you nor were they change before you got there

I was just reading through this thread, as it's a topic of some interest. The first few posts (in french) make it sound like catching HIV is a real risk... it's not, from everything I've learned through extensive research and having read what the experts in the field have said. There is maybe 1 documented case. It is therefore essentially zero risk. Chlamydia is quite rare as well as saliva is not a good conductor of the virus. Syphilis is quite rare in non-homosexual situations, but is still technically a risk. What folks have said about Gono and HSV seem to jive with what I've read.

I'd be curious to hear from more folks in this hobby as to whether or not they have caught anything...

Quite honestly that is mildly terrifying, given that gono is very often without symptoms.

Caught gono after a BBBJ with a well know SP in an agency 8 month ago. Stop this hobby since. So yea put the cap!

Don’t forget DATY is also the same odd as BBBJ

Well, as I mentioned in a related thread, I am not a "frequent flyer". I prefer UTR independents and long (3-4 hour) incalls. I do my research and don't mind paying extra for the extras that I'm looking for..

That being said, the only uncovered activity I used to participate in was BBBJ - my favorite way to start and finish. But in the previous year, I had a 75% infection rate from the providers I saw - and these were high end, low volume providers! Chlamydia twice, and strep once! Now, all activities are "covered" and the provider has to be willing to put some warm oil in her hands and finish me like a (smaller version of) a porn star - preferably COF and COT.

Just my $0.02 (USD).

Be safe!

Honestly, the whole concept of danger vs myth is just a false dichotomy. Safer sex / risk of STI transmission is a spectrum, not a binary. BBBJ is more risky than CBJ, and it is objectively possible to contract an STI that way. But it's also less risky than other activities.

Personally, my acceptable risk tolerance is low and I have a strict policy about barriers, but that's in no way a moral judgment on other providers or clients with a different risk tolerance.

I think anyone in the hobby or in the industry needs to lose the idea that things can be broken down into two categories of either "very risky" or "100% risk-free". That's not how sexual health works. It's better for everyone to take an informed approach, know your own limits, and get tested regularly (including throat swabs).

The only STI/STD that you can contract with bare back sex and not with BBBJ is VIH. You are at risk of contracting stds with BBBJ. It is safer to do covered bj. I'm not telling that to shame anybody as I provide BBBJ but it is important to know what the risk for your health is. Get tested every three months if you have an active sexual life with more than one partner! Stay clean you beautiful kitties.

Actually, if both persons have minor cuts in the mouth/genitals area, VIH can also be passed through oral sex. Bottom line is - yes, you can contract infections from oral. It doesn't matter how likely it is, what matters is it IS possible, therefore everyone engaging in uncovered oral (including myself) should know the risks they are taking and get tested regularly :)

gotta admit i did recieve a bbbj from a girl who is not a SP, is dating a male nurse and got tested recently, she told me it was safe but people being people im still worried now that it's done and that i came back to my senses.

how much time do i have to wait before testing, can i test the day after to make sure i didint get anything or is there an incubation period where STDS will go Under the radar?

Minimum my MD recommends for "common" STD's: 10 - 14 days. You will know - stabbing sharp pain in the lower back, difficulty starting urination, difficulty emptying the bladder completely (dribbling / leaking after completing), possibly blood in the urine, burning sensation when urinating.

HIV can take up to 90 days to develop antibodies that show up in the tests, so when someone says that they have "just been tested", it is more a snapshot of what their status was 90 days ago as far as HIV.

On a separate note, I am truly thankful for the input to this thread by the providers. Any talk of STD's, addiction, drugs, etc., gets you immediately and permanently banned from the US boards. One of the wonderful side effects of keeping the hobby illegal. Thank you ladies!

Almost all SPs I know get tested every three months. Can you gentlemen say the same? Everyone would be much safer if they'd just get tested regularly. That way we can all go back to enjoying BBBJ stress-free. There are no ''risk-free'' providers, low and ''high'' volume combined. Just clients who are not responsible enough to get tested the same way we do.

FALSE a test just say that you were ok for HIV 3 months before the test as, as stated before, it takes up to 3 months for antibodies against HIV to be detectable. For other common STD, the negative results just testify that you were ok the day the samples were taken. So much safer doesn't mean a lot, specially if one had unprotected sex between the day of sampling and the one of the results. So, TRUE, being tested regularly is better than no test or once a year but is in no way a warranty of anything. Much better? I don't think so. I don't want to start a fight with anybody here, just let us be realistic and objective.

That is why (regarding HIV) doctors recommend to new stable couples to play safe for 3 months, than get tested and continue to play safe until the results are known an hopefully negative. After it is a question of trust.
