Damn i never pretended to be somebody who wanted to go in that business.... LOL. You guys answer like in a week i will start my own agency with my rules.... LOL

I am trying to submit idea on how it could solve the problem, i never said these would all work, there just ideas... Problem is, not all agencies are on the same page and of course it will never be that easy... But they could at least TRY something...

I feel sometimes that this business have the worst customer service with some agency(gladly not all are like that) Being myself part of a familly business, i know my subject on that. Sometimes we do get harsh customer and on ocasion we just flush them. But this is only when there really bad customers. Overall, every business should be the satisfaction of the client. But this particular business is still too much on the "we make it as we go" type.... and thats what happen. Sometimes i feel like agency should put some kind of "employee of the month thingy" with $ as the reward... i don't know, im giving idea here...

Its always disapointed if things don't go smooth, in every type of business.

Myself, a month ago, i had one of my "dent de sagesse" (wisdom tooth... ??) hurting me bad, she couldn't go out as it wa supose to, it broke literaly, it was hurting me crazy, i called every dentist in my city... one didn't answer the phone(they where busy i guess) , i made an appointement with another one and it was kinda far... i was in HUGE pain, every tip i know didn't work anymore when i was trying to sleep, so i call back the day after and this time they answer... they have an open spot 2 days from my call.... sure i took it, the other dentist couldn't take me until 2 weeks from when i called... So i immediately called the first dentist and cancel the appointement...

They thanks me for being so quick to call back, they apreciated my ethic. Im sure some people would forget about it and when the dentist would call back to confirm 2 days before or something they would just say "oh never mind, its been taken care of"

By that principle i always try my best to be on time everytime, for everything, sometimes i arrive at an appointement 2 minutes before it... it makes the secretary laugh a bit, telling me how im "exactly on time" but what matters is that im not late... so when people make me wait, trust me, im the first guy to point my watch and gives them the "AHEM...." type of sign....

As they say better late than sorry, better be earlier than late....

So maybe this is why im picky on these type of thing. More than once i have been running to be on time... speeding everything, shower, preparation, doing everything super fast cause i feared to be late(somtimes by my fault, sometimes by circumstance out of control) only to see my rendez-vous was 15 mins late... how pissed off i was... you have no idea.

edit : by the way, when i was in adult school, it always made my laugh, i was always entering class either a minute before, or WHEN the clock was ringing... my teacher was always saying " the day you arrive and the door is closed, you will get a warning, mister ponctuality" and it never happened.... LOL one time he was about to close it and i just slip by super quick... that made a super laugh in the class :D

John :

1) Never heard about solidarity in business.... stores do it, they keep there price similar, gaz station same thing, so why not agencies

2) as a business, it should be there top priority

3) maybe, but then it make them loose clients...

4) sorry i inda miss your argument there... you trying to mock me or something? dude its not because you saw way more escort than me that you know life better than i do

Mr Hopkins : its quite the oposite, trying is the first step to achieving... actually. Sorry dude Yoda is not real...

Ah now i understand why you took it so personal then. Of course i know this business attrack SOME kind of people that don't give a damn and are there for the quick bucks, but not all of them are like that. I was just pointing out that if a better control would be applied, things could be better. Now to achieve this, THAT is the real challenge and probably mission impossible.

Trying is the first step towards failure. Don't bother.

If you don't fail every now and then it's because you're not doing anything very innovative.

I don't think things will change soon. We’re very lucky to have such easily available escorts and at relatively low prices compared to other places. So I don’t mind if they're not always perfect.
Actually most have a better customer service then Bell (it’s a totally random example).
