I don't think he cares about health issues, I think he knows he is behind in the polls and is campaigning like a bat freed out of hell to win re-election. He is going real hard on the campaign trail and probably needs to in order to win. The effort is admirable, if nothing else is.

This is something he has to do to make sure he gets the message out to his base so they get out and vote. The democrats on the other hand are having smaller drive by rallies. Both are effective, but the people attending the Trump "super spreader" rallies won't show any signs of Covid until after the votes are in so he's fine. Also, IMHO the reason why Hillary lost the 2016 election was because she didn't get out there in late October to rally up her base. We can all shit on Trump and the no mask rallies, but it may actually give him the win right out from under Biden.
