^^^^^ Any wonder that Quebec has the worst healthcare system in Canada? They are doing the opposite of what should be done. This latest move is worrisome. Many healthcare workers work at two different places to get the hours they need. Things are expensive these days and the salaries are not rising at the same pace as prices. This latest move by Quebec is to further centralized everything. All decisions will be made by the government who know nothing about healthcare or its day to day operations neither are they specialists in healthcare. They are treating this like some business where accountants try to lower costs. This will make things more worse.

The population is aging all across the board, not just in Quebec yet provinces like Ontario are fairing much better. More centralization is not the answer, such things should be left to the experts, the hospitals and doctors. As for the problem with family doctors, it is not that there are a low number, the issue is many are going to private healthcare or fleeing to the USA where they are paid much better with less bureaucracy. Listen to what the doctors are telling you, in response the government tries to whip them harder. They also plan to force those that graduate from medical school to be forced to work a few years in the public system.

The mother has them and can pump her milk, store it for it to later be bottled fed by the father to the baby. That I have done as a father when my wife was away for her work.

Like I wrote, Quebec population is aging faster than in the rest of Canada because of the 1940, 50s and beginning of 60s due to Catholic priests influence if not pressure.

On another aspect of Quebec Solidaire, one of their deputy made a racist attack on all the members of other Partis, caracterizing them of anti- muslims talks everyday they meet in the Parlement.
This have been denied by Arabs of his and the other partis.

On another aspect of Quebec Solidaire, one of their deputy made a racist attack on all the members of other Partis, caracterizing them of anti- muslims talks everyday they meet in the Parlement.

I just learned why QS went soft on their colleague. Just maths, they are 12 elected candidates and if they would lose one, they would lose also $$$ funds and other privilieges !

Lego is less popular then Trudope according to the latest poll. If an election were held today, Lego would only get 10 seats. What I do not understand how he even won a second super majority? He had the strictest covid mandates in North America and imposed a curfew. He is authoritarian. This guy is a disaster, healthcare is worse then the other provinces. They are centralizing healthcare even more and are planning to cut $1.5 billion in funding. Weird given that more money is needed especially with Trudope's mass immigration policy.

Because these leaders are all a disaster. They are catering to the rich, doing what people do not want, and pushing far-left woke ideology. Plante is also a disaster. Taxes keep going up but services being cut. Building bike lanes everywhere while reducing the streets to one lane one direction streets. Building more pedestrian only streets. The people and businesses are against yet she still goes ahead with it. None of these leaders will go past one term till they serve the people that elected them and listen to what they want. As for Trudope, no one wanted mass immigration or over crowded cities. No one wants their tax dollars going to give free things to refugees.

As to QS MLA Bouazzi his attack(s) were not racist actually he was accusing others of racism including a CAQ minister with Haitian roots . His own variety of Quebec bashing. Some on this board have also done so.... rightly or wrongly.

Exactly, the PLQ is seen as the QLP by many francophones, the party of Montreal anglophones.
The polls give them under 10 % approval with the francophone voters. Possibly the party position on Bill 96 and 21 play a role.

My post on GND was for questioning why he take a 3 months paternity leave like if he is breastfeeding the newborn !
