Question, do they sell weed to people in the cannabis stores in Montreal who don't have a license yet? Because they do in Toronto already at every cannabis store as long as you show that you are over 18. They have been doing this for a few years already.

I am in the Vancouver area, went to a weed shop last Friday. Like a kid in a candy store, the sales person asked what I wanted and said the weed and shatter you think is the best. They also have THC drops for old dogs to assist with the cramps, claim it really does help, bought a couple of mini jars and sent them home, see what happens.
Got some edibles also, have not tried yet. Did not need and medical note, all purchases we excellent that I tried. I can still get it cheaper from my dealer in Calgary.

July 1 is in less than 30 days, I do not think they will make the deadline.

^^^^^^^ That was known a long time ago, they now say by the end of the year. This is nothing but a tax grab along with the carbon tax to make their insane spending not look as bad.
Store weed will cost $75 a quarter and $260 an ounce, better to stick with your tax free dealer for better pricing and quality.
