Girls often will contact agencies themselves especially the most popular ones.

But for smaller agencies it may be different.

There is a lot of ways to recruit. In porn often the pornstars tour the stribclubs for paid shows and recruit new girls at the same time.

I wouldn't be surprised agency owners may use apps like someone said above or go directly in clubs etc

Often its friends of one of the girl in the agency who decide to jump in it too... I mean beautifull peoples hang around beautifull peoples, so when you see your friend make so much more than you make at your waitress job for instance, its tempting to try it, especially since you will feel safer since your friend is already there.

actually Jalimon, most reputable agency owners do not get into bed with the girls to “try them out” because that is deemed as unprofessional and quality girls will not cave into that nor do they need to because they could get as many clients independently. I’ve heard from several SPs that the booker at Nadya VIP is notorious for trying to have sex with the girls in exchange for bookings.
Now i’m not saying that none of the SPs ever cross that line with their bookers, especially when some bookers are younger than others but those ones most likely do it by choice not by obligation of being “tried out”

Agree, the low end agencies may try but an agency with some class should not be doing this and escorts should not have to try out to get a job, unless she gets full pay.

I heard negative stories about "Carrol" as well. But to be honest to think all bookers/owners do not sleep with the girls would be like believing in Santa Claus. I have been gravitating a while in this business and i know for a fact lots of them do actually have sex with the girls. They pay them tough, wich is the difference from the rumors of Carrol. Think of it as a "paid audition"

I think there is a difference between a "paid audition" and always asking the girls for sex for free and threatening them to not give them calls if they don't.

It's necessary quality control, no different than a director staging auditions for actors and actresses competing for a part in a play or movie. Otherwise, an unauditioned person gets hired and unleashed on the unsuspecting paying client, and then fails that audition. Which audition do you prefer be failed, the agency owner's, or yours, on your $220 dime?

Not all auditions are paid, and some are actually rather dangerous for the auditioner, like Hitler's food tasters, for example:

There is very little link to your Hitler analogy to this situation... lol. Actually there is agency owners who will offer new girls first couple bookings to regulars only, the dudes who call often, like once a week or more. That way they can "afford" to have a subpar meeting if the girl does not deliver to there standard and if things go complete ape shit, the agency will offer them a replacement/compensation. It also work both ways too. Agency owner use clients as "tester" but at the same time clients get to see the brand new girl first before she become seasoned... Im sure there some dudes who crave this. This is all psychological but its the reality of men... lol
