Consider it denied. Yes, it was less expensive for Americans, but certainly not for Canadians, who, then as now, make up most of those who partake in the hobby. The standards of service have changed greatly. DFK was less the norm than the exception, CIM was quite rare indeed. Rimming was unheard of. These things are now pretty much par for the course.
