Unless this guy was alive in the early 1800s I doubt he invented the rating system. Granted, they didn't use it for escort review boards as those didn't exist back then, but star ratings were used for works of art, services, restaurants, hotels... And likely amongst clients of sex workers too, just not on a board. Lol
Who don't have time to read a review. Reading is the only way you can get an idea and make your own.
There are too many parameters to take in account to resume it in a single rating.
But this doesn't tell anything. You may answer yes because it's your first experience with an SP and everything would have work.
Some never repeats because they prefer to discover new gems.
Anyway, often you will know very soon if the vibe was good overall after reading 2-3 lines.
Give me an honest report and I will make a judgement on if the woman would be good for me. Others could have a total different view and it is perfectly normal.
What is this idea wanting a binary choice? Human relations are much more than that.
If you do your own ranking, on 100 encounters you might have 10 absolute GREEN and 10 absolute RED. So what about the vast majority 80 in between?
Often after reading a review that was describing a total positive experience by the poster, you can feel it was not your cup of tea and you would never sea this escort.
Looking for a star system like this is desiged for the same type of person who contacts us and asks us to repeat all the details in our ads because they don't want to take the time to open the ad and read the details for themselves.

The reality is we are all somones 1 star rating, and we are all someones 10 star rating, on a 5 star chart. It all depends what specific attractions you are looking for.
If he was he'd have better pattern recognition skills and compassion for other people who are constantly judged
I find it entertaining that a simple suggestion turned me into the main subject. Apparently, offering an idea people disagree with is enough to question someone’s mental state.
Some throwing around terms like ‘autistic’ as if that’s a punchline. It’s wild how quickly a conversation shifts from the topic at hand to scrutinizing the person behind a suggestion.
The inability to debate ideas without attacking someone personally is honestly more telling than anything I said.

You don't need to do a search as your colleague MCTJ found and posted Robin's compendium of reviews. See post #63. It brought back memories of some of the ladies I also saw, like Porcha and Allyson of Satin Dreamz. It also reminded me that Robin really liked Rebeka Anderson of FKS. For those who don't remember FKS, it was a self described "consortium of indies", although it was seemingly operated as an HDH agency. It may have been a hybrid with attributes of both an agency and a consortium of indies. But they advertised as the latter.
Robin's was the first (and only) compendium of Montreal escort reviews I saw posted by anyone, that initially used a 5 star system. Robin later moved to a 10 star system, I think due to feedback from his readers. I kind of think it only worked for the reasons I said.
Look at the Yelp restaurant review model. It only works if there is a lot of reviews. If there are 3 reviews you roll the dice.

That’s easily fixable by saying “Recommend” instead of “Repeat.”
But saying people “struggle with a simple concept” and that you “wouldn’t expect an idiot to understand” makes me wonder : How many of us clients fall into the “idiot” category in your mind? Because if I talked about sps like that, I’d be crucified. Funny how calling your own clients dumb is somehow acceptable when it’s dressed up as critique.

It feels like this thread has run its course. I know I'm old-school but I'm still surprised at how merb has become so personal about everything. I guess it's just the way of the internet these days. Maybe I'm being nostalgic but I miss the days when we mixed business (seeing escorts) and pleasure (sex) without personal rancor.
I didn't say "my own clients" nor did I point to anyone in particular. You're lying to yourself though if you think there are zero idiots on the internet, or if you think merb is somehow a sacred zone that none of them ever find. Haha. (But also? I've definitely met idiots before and will meet more in the future. It's the nature of business. In every business there are less than ideal customers, it's just the way it is)
I'd like to point out, however, that I do not agree with the person who said you might be autistic. It's entirely irrelevant and unnecessary. My question to this person was meant to reflect that I don't agree but I'm sorry if I didn't properly convey that sentiment.

The 2 ladies I see most often I think are both amazing and not only do I like them but I consider them as friends. I am lucky to have them both in my life.
Escorts aren’t that much different, they have the same dreams and wishes as other women and the same feelings, they know when someone cares and respects them and they certainly can tell if you genuinely like them.
I think in this way you fall under the category of clients who book with personality in mind.
There is a difference between clients who book on personality, and hobbyist who seem to see a body they desire, with no reguard to the person who has that body.
