thought i would share this with you merbistes. please delete if it was posted already but i did not see anything.

A company is advertising vacations off the coast of Colombia with unlimited sex, drugs friendly, boat parties, etc... all included for $5000 USD

30 men, 60 men, 2 for 1 basically

i am sure this type of "vacation" is nothing new but i have not seen one publicize this way.

Anyone here ever been on this type of trip? curious to know,

Seem very dangerous to me. Even if you would offer this for free to me i would not go. Not getting any close to colombia ever.

This is a misconception, hopefully not born of the recent success of Narcos on Netflix, but i am quite certain it's actually a very safe destination. We all go to Mexico without a worry for the drug war they have going there, i am sure the same applies to Colombia, to a certain extent. you have protected locations that are attractive to tourists

That’s interesting information to say the least. Hypothetically speaking, if a guy were to have sex with someone who was considered a minor in the U.S. but is at the age of consent in the other country could he still get in trouble? Of course I have no desire to do something like this, but it is a somewhat interesting scenario to discuss.

Age of consent is determined on a state by state basis and some states have laws that say a 16 year old can consent to having sex with another 16 year old but cannot consent to having sex with a 49 year old. I don't know if the agent of consent law of the State of residency would follow anyone for purposes of analyzing federal law on the subject. My guess is that the federal law itself defines who is a minor. Although I haven't read it. It may also defer to the law of the foreign jurisdiction as noted above, but foreign jurisdictions like the states are all over the map on this issue as well as geographically speaking.
