The question is not how to define "human." The question is how to define male and female and what are the essential and immutable differences between the two sexes.
I stated the difference in the most simple terms, as a matter of chromosomes. Those chromosomes determine the sex of an individual human and individual animals in the vast majority of other higher species and the role of each sex in the process of sexual reproduction. The sex of an individual also greatly influences a whole range of the individual's other characteristics and behaviors.
It's amazing to me that anyone who has had the opportunity to experience and observe the differences between male and female behavior in the world of prostitution could still believe that sex is a "social construct" as opposed to a basic biological reality.
