Hey chicken shit(ya you rumples who else would i be talking about) care to wager on who will get more hits in the series Crisp or the about to be red hot Damon(according to Kevin Hench), just remember Damon is about to go up against one of the worst starting pitchers in all of baseball of late(Matzusucka)and Crisp is going up against one of the hottest(Pettitte), what do you say does $160.00 sound good to you chicken shit.:p

Hello Joe. t,

Trying to wring out a quick buck from a disastrous prediction season...aren't you...lol. It also makes it look like your are getting desperate to avoid paying out on the previous bet between you and Rumples concerning Crisp and Judas Damon. Nice try.

Hehehehe,

We've already got one wager going featuring the corpse of Judas Demon. I'm certainly not fool enough to bet on something as short term as a three game series, though you clearly are.

As for the "red-hot" Judas Demon, his .250/.333/.425/.728 September is not exactly what I'd call hot, though he certainly ought to be red in the face for taking a paycheck for such a dismal performance.

For the record, you fucking moron, Coco, who also bears the burden of playing a defensive position, is .316/.364/.474/.837 so far this month.

True...The Sox blew a golden chance at going up 6.5 tonight but the silver lining to this disastrous loss is that Gagne didn't allow a run. Too bad they didn't bring him in in the 8th as opposed to the 9th.

Hello Special K,

Unbelievable. Matsuzaka was pretty good, Pettitte was the one who did poorly, then the tough bullpen blows it.

Shit,

Cough cough choke choke!!!

Wow!!! what a fucking comback, I left Champs after the Drew single that made it 7-2 at the bottom of the 6th as I said "fuck it this game is over" and when I got home I was stunned and disappointed that I missed a great comeback, I loved the look of the Red Suck fans as they looked like they were at a funeral.

rumples, korbel, what do you think of Kevin Hench now? he predicted that Damon would get hot and that the Yankees would spank the Red Sucks, the game was actually closer than it should have been as Giambi let a error go through his legs and couldn't handle a throw from the outfield that would have doubled off Ortiz to end the inning in which both cases led to runs, also Cabrera was clearly safe on the slide to first base which would have scored Matsui, so in reality this was not even a close game.

rumples I got to hand it to you, you are delusional but you are not dumb, smart move in not taking me on the wager as you would have been toast already, I thought that I would have reeled you in on that one.

The massacre has begun!!!:)

Hello Joe. t,

Bwahahahahahahahaha. You are right about one thing, the Yankers did play some "We Suck" baseball. But I do want to thank you for giving me a great big laugh this morning. Only you could think one game verifies anything about Hench or...YOU...except that you are clearly the demented type that gets hysterical over winning one dollar on a lottery ticket. Geeeeez that thing between your ears works in strange ways. It's one game you silly little clown. Get a clue.

A pat on the head and a huge hug for my favorite jester,

Korbel

Oh oh, Chamberlain got his day's rest and you know what that means, the Red Sucks are in deep shit, i smell a shutout as CY Wang combines with the hottest prospect in all of baseball, this is what the Red Suck scoreboard will look like today.

1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 innings
0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0= Total 0

Hello my little clown,

Just saving this as a momento of the jester's silliness. Have fun over last night. No matter what happens the Yankers will remain in SECOND PLACE at the end of the series. Get used to the REALITY of it little jester. ;)

Toodles,

Speaking of corpses, here are the seasonal stat lines of some overrated and overpriced players who make up 1/3 of the starting lineup of a certain playoff team:

AB, HR, RBI, AVG, OBP, SLG
528, 6, 69, .241, .296, .348
422, 8, 50, .261, .365, .396
397, 13, 62, .257, .362, .403
Well, one would be Jason Varitek and, no, it’s not a particularly good year, though not awful for a 36 year old catcher. You’re missing a few other numbers though: 602, 630, 706. The first would be the number of runs allowed by the Boston pitching staff, the second the number of runs allowed by the Blue Jay, the only team within 50 of the Sox. Finally, the number of runs allowed by the most expensive pitching staff in the history of the known universe. By all rights, Jason Varitek should finish in the top 10 in the MVP voting.

Another would be JD Drew, who’s taken a bit of time to adjust to the American League. His numbers since for September, however, are an All Star level .353, .478, .559, 1.037. Actually, not All Star level. Hall of Fame would be more like it. I’m looking forward to seeing Drew in the post-season. Hopefully, he won’t turn into October-Rod, that slap happy guy. (Oh, by the way, while Drew’s season long power numbers are pretty dismal, the only Yankees with a better OBP than Drew are Rodriguez, Jeter, and Posada.)

Finally, we have Mr. Lugo. Certainly a slow start to the season dragging his numbers down, but his second half .297, .331, .415, .745. Not fabulous, but certainly acceptable. It’s interesting that you should mention these three “overrated and overpriced” key members of the third best defense in the major leagues.

Not bad, Joe, not bad. You were only off by a touchdown and a field goal.

Hello Joooooseeeeey BABY...LOL!

Uh huh...uh huh...ummmmm...ummmmm...ssssssssst...uh huh...eeeeeeeeeeeummmmmmm...well...NO! Mr. Wizard in my amateur opinion I am going to guess...THIS IS NOT WHAT A SHUTOUT LOOKS LIKE! In fact, the Sox scored in 5 of the 8 innings they even had to take at bats my sadly delusional buddy. So let's add it all up. WRONG on the shutout...WRONG on Wang winning...Wrong on Wang and the Cy Young...DEAD WRONG on the Yankers taking first place tomorrow. You could even be behind by 6 1/2. Even Judas Damon went 0-4. AND, there sure was no reason to bring the hottest prospect in baseball out. I do mean Clay Buchholz who has a no hitter, not that Yanker no name Chamberwho. Anyway Josey, a BIG round of applause on your remarkable prediction consistency. Bravo my little clown.

So,
what do YOU think of Kevin Hench now
...bwahahahahahahaha!!!

Big BIG hugs,

Korbel

PS

Sorry to hear your WANG got banged.

Looks like the Cy Young contenders are narrowing. I see three left: Carmona, Sabathia, and Beckett.

Though he's won 18 games and still has an outside shot at 20, Wang is 16th in the league in ERA and will receive no first place votes. Wang only figures to get two more starts, unless the Chankees need him to work the last day of the season to secure the wild card.

Magic number for the best team in baseball is down to 9.

Hello Joe. t,

At least being in the lead allows you a moment of honesty. The pitching coach corrected a flaw after the first few games where he was telegraphing his pitches and he has done very well for a while now. It's only your prejudice that prevented you from seeing it. I have to say that despite the home run Schilling and Clemens were both terrific tonight.

Cheers,

Korbel

True enough, but Rivera looks a shadow of his former self.
