another Trap, another lame post saying the same lame stuff over and over by mrs C...... watch that stuff called stress my man, it can be a bitch if you let it take over your life, bwhahahahahaah ;)

I'm sorry lg, I shouldn't be laughing at your intellectual frailty and quite obvious sexual confusion. It's not your fault you have a few crossed wires. I'm sure you're trying your best with your very limited capabilities...and if your worship of Doc gives you the strength to carry on, then we shouldn't make fun of it.

i swear if you had to have an original thought, you would be like a deer in the headlights.... you just keep recycling the same words into a different packaging, that my little scabbie fan is called desperation , an attempt by a beaten down man to look relevant in front of his peers... o well, whatever floats your boat

Habs blown away by Ottawa Senators

Daniel Alfredsson had a goal & two assists in his first game back from injury to lead the Ottawa Senators to a 4-2 easy win over the boring Habs. Carey Price couldn't stop a beach ball & Georges Laracque didn't do anything to protect scoring leader Tomas Plekanec, who took a beating all evening long. In his post game conference, coach Jacques Martin showed that he's living on another planet by saying that his goaltender was excellent all evening long. The Senators sent Mike Brodeur to face the punchless Habs. Brodeur, a career minor leaguer, spent last season in the East Coast league, but had no trouble facing the weak Habs shots. The Habs now have to travel to NY to face the Rangers tomorrow night. Even though Martin claimed Price was excellent tonight, expect to see Jaroslav Halak between the pipes in their game against the Rangers.

THE HABS REALLY SUCK!!!!!!

p.s. The Dead Things lost again tonight.

Oddly enough, in spite of what you have written, both these teams are still WAY ahead of the leafs (as are almost all the other teams in the NHL). So doesn't this mean that the leafs suck more? Oh and by the way the leafs have lost a lot more games than the Wings (or just about every other team in the NHL).

I realize that your adoring little lapdog doesn't have the intelligence to understand any of this but surely you do.

Wrong thread, Ms. Cairo.

# 1 - It's the right thread since I was responding to your post in this thread by giving factual information concerning standings and win/loss records.

# 2 - Perhaps I have been giving you more credit than you deserve. I thought you were far more intelligent than your devoted follower, but now you are beginning to exhibit the same type of sexual confusion that he displays and you are even copying his childish attempts at wit. I really thought you were better than that Doc but it looks like your prolonged exposure to lggy has sadly resulted in a lowering of your abilities rather than a raising of his. Too bad - often in a close partnership the superior partner will help the inferior one to improve, but with you and your devoted little buddy things seem to be going in the opposite direction. Sad, very sad. You both have my best wishes - maybe the two of you will be able to turn things around. Good luck to you.

You're the one who constantly makes childish references to my relationship with a fellow Leafs fan, so you drew first blood. I'm very surprised that you can't take the same type of stuff that you have been dishing out yourself. Tough!

And, by the way, you still posted in the wrong thread.

(Sigh) I'll explain things slowly so that you can understand:

1. It's STILL the right thread because I was STILL responding to YOUR post.
2. Who said I "can't take" anything? Well, I guess YOU did, but no one else.
3. Do you REALLY want to get into a super-childish "you started it, no you started it" pissing match? I thought that kind of thing ended somewhere around the first grade?
4. If you absolutely INSIST on the juvenile pissing match I commented on in point 3, the fact of the matter is that your little buddy "started" the whole thing with his nonsense about "Ms. Cairo". You joyfully started copying your devoted follower's childish and sexually confused use of this, but when this obvious sexual confusion is commented on it appears that you "can't take" it.
5. Bottom line Doc is that I really think you're above all this nonsense. I don't think lggy is, but you are. Wouldn't it be a lot better if you didn't let yourself be dragged down to his level?

Habs lose again !!

The Montreal Canadiens continued their losing ways by being crushed 6-2 by the NY Rangers tonight at Madison Square Garden. The Rangers shot 34 times at a very ordinary looking Jaroslav Halak in their victory. Montreal, once again playing the old Jacques Martin boring type of hockey, simply couldn't skate with the blue shirts. As a matter-of-fact, the boring Habs were outshot 15-2 in the 2nd period alone, proving once again to the hockey world that Jacques Martin hockey has no business still being in the NHL. Things got interesting at the midpoint of the game when the Habs were challenged to a few bouts of fisticuffs. Josh Gorges lost a close one to Sean Avery, while Benoit Pouliot fought Wade Redden to a draw. Of course, as usual, chichen-shit 4th line center Maxim "KFC" Lapierre turned down two invitations to drop the gloves.

The Habs once again proved that they're a team going nowhere & it's only a matter of time before "Boring" Bob Gainey trades away the likes of Plekanec & Halak. Montreal is unlikely to make the playoffs & don't be surprised if both the GM & the coach get fired by the Molson brothers. Even team mascot Youpie's job is in danger, according to reliable sources. In other news, the team called up defenceman P.K. Subban from the Hamilton Bulldogs, but he refused to report to the team. According to his agent, Subban prefers spending the rest of the season in Hamilton & compared the Habs to the Titanic.

THE HABS REALLY SUCK !!!

For your own sake, try to get some professional help. Miracles sometimes do happen.

Remind me again, where is Toronto in the standings? Yeah, that’s what I thought. Bitter, jealous and frustrated Leaf fans are in no position to gloat.

Wrong thread, my friend. This thread is about the Montreal Canadiens, not our beloved Maple Leafs.

lets see,The Leafs are in the first year of the Burke era, with several horrible deals from the previous 2 gms, this isnt even Burkes team yet, while the "gainey era" is in what, yr 6 or 7 with a horrible salary cap debacle after this season, 7 yrs of gainey with no good sights in the near future, nor having won the cup and getting worse , versus the Burke era, yea, i would be slamming the leafs also if i were a scabs fan, cause you wont have much to talk about say for the next 2-4 years or longer... keep up the good work gsg, just make sure your bandwagon butt is around here to get it back , and trust me, we will never let you hear the end of it, lol....

this isnt even Burkes team yet, ....

Let's have a look at Burke's acquisitions:

Komisarek: ranked 237th among all D-men

Beauchemin: ranked 239th among all D-men

Gustavsson: ranked 36th (out of 45) among all goalies

Wallin: 0 goals and a -7 in 35 games

Exelby: 0 goals and a -4 in 31 games

Kessel: 1 meaningful goal in his last 15 games?

as respected and noted hockey writer Howard Berger observed:

He [Burke] has traded the Leafs’ first-round pick in the next two NHL drafts. The free agents he signed last summer [Michael Komisarek, Francois Beauchemin, Colton Orr and Jonas Gustavsson] have had a negligable impact on the hockey club to this point.

You lose again, fool.:D
