BOYZZZ,

Joe.T...You have to read this article!! Hahahahaha. You're the first person that came to mind when I read it.

Do you really expect Joe.t, whose got his own and his buddy's head up his butt, to look at this with any honesty. Joe need his hate of the Patriots to comfort him from his own sucky team.

I heard this morning that Tom Curran had taken a screenshot of the rule as it was written at the time the penalty was called. Not long afterward someone in the NFL office rewrote the rule to erase the embarrassing mistaken use of it...ie...COVERUP! Incredible. Since I've been an NFL fan I've never heard of such a nearly spontaneous rewriting of rules details to hide a gross mistake.

Now let's all watch Joe weasel about facts and reality only because he's very angry about...things. ;)

True, the Patriots should have kicked the Jets butts even though two extremely critical defensive players Wilfork and Mayo are out for the season.

Monday Night Football:

This could be the worst matchup ever. The 0-6 damn awful Giants versus the 1-4 totally inept Vikings. That's 1-10 teams to attract an audience. Talk about a Snooze Bowl.

OMG

HAHAHA, the title "Barstool Sports Boston" says it all, good one k, I needed a good laugh.

On to this weeks killer picks which I get from Pro-Line which is the legal gambling site in Ontario, I am expecting a HUGE killer week-
http://proline.olg.ca/pointspreadEvents.do

Philadelphia -6 over Giants.
Oakland +3 over Pittsburgh.
Jaksonville +17.5 over San Francisco.

My sure shot pick of the week which I will nail big time just like I nailed it last week is Miami +7 over the dirty, rotten, cheating, Patriots who became the first team to be penalized for a new rule which disallows defensive players to push their teammates onto the line of scrimmage, why were the Patriots the first team to get caught you ask?, for the simple reason that the are a dirty team, and dirty teams are always the first ones that get caught, disgusting organisation to say the least!!!!.

Embarrassing

Okay, i hate the Patriots. I also hate the Jets. So indeed, i think the Patriots got jobbed on Sunday afternoon. It's not even important if it was indeed a penalty or not. The fact is, THEY HAVE NEVER MADE THAT CALL IN THE PAST!!

However.........THE PATRIOTS CAN ONLY BLAME THEMSELVES FOR NOT BLOWING THE JETS AWAY & MAKING IT A CLOSE GAME.

On a final note, what a game tonight!!! Even though Indy barely won, Manning never gave up & might have won the game had it not been for that stupid fumble in the final minutes. I wonder if the call would have stuck had Denver challenged the call. Anyways, it was a great 2nd half & it almost seemed like Indy lost half its team to injuries. Should be interesting next weekend to see who'll be playing & and who won't.

Now the legitimate spreads for Joe.t as posted where the NFL is based, the USA!

Philadelphia -5.5 over NYG
Oakland +2.5 over Pittsburgh
Jacksonville +16.5 over SF
Miami +6.5 over NE

Not as much as your usual souped up lines but still incorrect per usual. Anything to gain an advantage I suppose when you're as far in the hole as you are already this season. Hahaha.

OK, some random picks here. I'm using the legitimate lines as posted by Special K, not those invented by Joe the Point Shaver.

atlanta +2.5 at arizona
denver -11 over washington
kc - 7 over cleveland
dallas +3 over detroit

note: Joe's pick of Philadelphia -6 is against the Giants.

Okay, my parlay looks great right now and i only need Denver to cover, but it'll be difficult because Peyton Manning has two sprained ankles.

COULD SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW THE HELL THE COWBOYS MANAGED TO BLOW THAT GAME????????

p.s. I still won my parlay because Detroit didn't cover, but still.....how did Dallas blow this game?

It sure does. Tell me, Doc, do you find it easier to pick games mid-way through the 3rd quarter as you did today? Why not just wait until the games are over?

No need to be sarcastic. I simply relayed my picks that i made on Proline on Thursday afternoon. On another ticket i also added the Steelers (-3), but i don't think i'll win that one.

But if ever the Steelers managed to wake up & the Broncos cover, i'll be $1000 richer tonight. However, i don't think i have a chance with the Steelers pick, so if it's just the Broncos that cover, it'll be only $500. Good enough to help cover some of my expenses on my upcoming trip! :thumb:

On another note, it looks like i'll get screwed in my weekly office pool once again. A couple of smartasses still haven't had a loss today, thanks to Dallas blowing that game! Tough year it's been for my office pool......tough year!

p.s. Is Pro Line available in Quebec? I only play Points Spread, by the way. I find it easier to play & win.

My sure shot pick of the week which I will nail big time... is Miami +7 over the...Patriots...

Our little point shaver Joe goes 1-3 and couldn't win even with his cheating points lines.

MVP- Micheal Vick.

Super Bowl - Miami over Detroit.

This game has to be a particular embarrassment to our little shaver.t. Not that he isn't Mr. Wrong anyway, but the Dolphins have lost 4 straight, this time to a Patriots team he hates that has lost 4 critical defensive players, Brady has been very sub-par lately, and yet the PATRIOTS SHUT-OUT his Super Bowl choice for the entire second half of the game after playing just lousy in the first half.

To top it off, As I predicted, Michael Vick can't stay healthy enough to win much of anything, never mind the MVP.

Joe, you should try to learn something...anything about the game instead of making angry nonsense picks.

http://www.usatoday.com/story/sport...iots-week-8-tom-brady-ryan-tannehill/3282151/

— Miami quarterback Ryan Tannehill, who entered the contest having suffered an NFL-high 26 sacks, was sacked for the first time on Sunday on a third-and-2 from Patriots 19, stalling the momentum of Miami's first second-half possession. He was dumped for nine yards by Dont'a Hightower as he rolled out on a slow-developing play-action pass.

— After the sack, Caleb Sturgis' 46-yard field goal attempt caromed off the upright, no good. On the next snap, Stevan Ridley ripped off a 22-yard run to ignite a quick, 5-play, 64-yard TD drive. The march included Brady's 23-yard completion over the middle to Rob Gronkowski and was capped a 14-yard, blitz-beating TD throw to Aaron Dobson.

— Two snaps after the TD, Tannehill was sacked again and fumbled on a blind-side hit by Logan Ryan. Rob Ninkovich recovered at the Miami 13. Three plays later, Brandon Bolden sweeped into the end zone for a game-tying, 2-yard TD run.

— Late in the third quarter, a (questionable) defensive holding penalty against Dimitri Patterson, away from the play on a third-down incompletion, kept alive a drive capped by the 48-yard Stephen Gostowski field goal that gave the Patriots their first lead, 20-17.

— Early in the fourth quarter, an apparent sack of Brady and fumbled worked against the Dolphins, too. Oliver Vernon was flagged for a (questionable) illegal batting as he appeared to reach for the loose fumble. New England turned the possession, penalty and first down into a 3-yard Ridley touchdown that gave the Patriots a 27-17 cushion.

The Dolphins will undoubtedly leave kicking themselves for letting it slip away.

Brady appeared to be nursing an injured throwing hand injury. He finished 13-of-22 passing for 116 yards with a touchdown and an interception.

Meanwhile the Jets looked pathetic without phantom calls backed by post play rules changes to help them out, and are entering a period with a number of tough teams to play against.

:D

My picks for week 9, the second half of the season begins with week 9, the first half of the season was just a warm up, I am expecting to be on fire for the rest of the season now that I am all warmed up.

Oakland -3 over Philadelphia.
Buffalo +3.5 over Kansas City.
San Diego -1.5 over Washington.

My sure shot pick is Pittsburgh +7.5 over New England, if you ever visit this state where this team is located a word of advice is to make sure you have a GPS, cars honking at you on the highway all over the place even though you have a foreign license plate, some of the most unfriendliest, rudest people that I have ever encountered with no hot chicks to be seen anywhere, in other words, stay away!!!!.

Here's hoping, Joe, that you can spend the second half of the season cutting some of your significant losses.

Interesting list. Not at all surprising that New York comes in at number 1, for the 2,435th straight year.

Ranking of America's rudest city.

http://www.travelandleisure.com/articles/americas-rudest-cities/6

Hey Joe, I've wondered why you insist on always posting like a 12 year-old-girl with a nagging yeast infection, and keep cheating on the points.

America's RUDEST City:

http://www.travelandleisure.com/articles/americas-rudest-cities/2

No. 1 New York City

The Big Apple reclaims its heavyweight title in hostility, a dubious honor it last held in 2009—and a reputation it has had for much longer (“You talkin’ to me?”). You're a typical New Yorker Joe. Thanks for providing the proof bud. :thumb:

BTW...you couldn't find Massachusetts on a state map.

My Picks:

1. Kansas City -4 over Buffalo

2. New England -6.5 over Pittsburgh

3. Indianapolis -2.5 over Houston

4. New Orleans -6 over the Jets

Cheers Joe BOY!

And now for Joe's corrected legit betting lines. Surprisingly he only over inflated one, that of course being his Pitts pick getting 7.5. LOL...Line was NEVER at 7.5 this week.

Oakland -2.5 over Philly
Buffalo +3.5 over KC
San Diego -1 over Washington
and of course his usual inflated line...Pittsburgh +6.5 over NE...THE city of CHAMPIONS!!

You're not the only thing warmed up, Joe. Your bookie's wallet is absolutely burning up with your dollars. If you took 800 monkeys, put them in a room, and asked them to pick football games, with a 50/50 shot at getting each one right, they would pick almost exactly half of them right.

If only you were as successful as those monkeys; good luck today. 3-1 will get you back to even for the season, your only considerable losses would be the vig. I hear your bookie is having a dinner party this evening so maybe he'll let you work off some of those mounting losses.
