The raise and fall of a popular SP

So my business adventure took a deep turn today and shine some light on what happen to some of the popular SP and how and why they disappear.

warning ahead, it’s not a pretty story and some what disturbing…

a year ago I enter into a lease to own agreement with a SP, at the time she was one of the highest demanding provider in local community and making easily 2-3k a week. No way to loss right? Think again.

after two month she fall behind on rent and a call from local police. I was informed a major criminal act happened at my property and the place was trashed. At the same time she came to clean: the SP life was to much for her and she had turn to drugs and the wrong kind of people got into her life and running it…

Upon visiting the place, a totally trashed place at the center of the town north of Montreal. I notice a few things:

clearly she had it good for a while, there are more big TVs ( all broken) than I have.

though trashed, expensive new funitures and good quality appliances.

So much stuff in there she just don’t even care before she gives it all up ( even the door is not locked, yet the location is so center that even after it had being abundant for a week, nothing has being taken.)

someone really hate her, as I step on to a pill of shit in the room that’s set up as her kid’s room.

she was nowhere to be found, nor can I contact her, even her laptop was lay broken in the bathroom.

even to this day I still see people ask about her on merb while I was prepping myself and my driver/witness just in case we walk into someone dead inside.

so here is the true price of this hobby, not paid by us, but those we all want to meet and yet not knowing what they were doing, clearly this is not working and I have I trust my lawyer to terminate whatever agreement between me and her. Yet I have to wonder:

what real driven her to this point?
I saw the photo of her kids, two beautiful girls, just laying on top of a pill of trash, like something that has being given up at last…

This sucks. Rule of thumb is to never get into an agreement where you put your name on a lease, credit card, car or anything else with a SW. You just never know, anything can happen, there are never any guarantees and it is you that is held responsible and even your credit can get ruined.

Clearly you miss my point here: it’s not about what happen to me, I know very well that this could happen in any of my deals, either I rent it to her or some other dudes. This is an eye opener to what happen to the other side ( SPs)

Sorry I did not get your point at all. Not an eye opener to me at all, the lives of some of these girls is very chaotic. That is not news to me.

Sad story, especially for the two little girls, what kind of future do they have to look forward to.
Screwing up your own life is one thing but people do and should have a responsibility towards their children.

Sorry I did not get your point at all. Not an eye opener to me at all, the lives of some of these girls is very chaotic. That is not news to me.

Really hope the two little girls are okay. Talk about a statistical disadvantage as you can’t pick your parents.

Seems like a common story. I personally know several SPs that have died from overdose.

My first time running into this, it was very sad. She was one of the first SPs I ever met and she grew up in the same neighborhood I did, went to the same school as me, so it almost felt like I knew her as a friend/neighbor.

She was 21. Looked like a completely normal girl you would see at a university. Cute and innocent. I found out the brothel she worked at was a HUGE drug operation (cops eventually raided it). The brothel owner got most of her girls hooked on smack (like 80% of them), so any time they made money from a client, the SP would buy drugs for their fix immediately. This place charged $400/hour, and she had about 15 girls, so she was getting RICH , but probably still not as much as the drug operation she had.

Anyway, this girl was hooked, I heard a lot of the girls didn't even have money to rent a place to sleep, so they slept at the brothel (even though they made thousands a day).

She ODed a year after I met her. Only 22. She had bad things happen to her since she was a kid, so it was just sad.

I still see some guys on local forums ask where she is working now.

I sometimes forget that this is the reality of a lot of the hobby, since I meet so many normal SPs in Montreal at reputable places that do it just for a bit of extra vacation/party money

Children can have great parents and still become shit adult human beings. The nature of person can’t be so easily changed with nurture. A heart of darkness will always find a way back to its body.

I have seen girls that were not problematic turning to drugs/alcohol and ruining their life slowly…

The thing is: it is not an easy job. Some people think anyone can do it, but it’s not true. You have to be strong mentally. Some clients are nice, clean, respectful, don’t try to bargain, etc. But it is not every client…

It can really get to you. So you’d think “why don’t they just quit?” . Money.

The money is better than most jobs, and you can basically chose your own hours. You make a lot of money, so you start spending more (we all know people who bought an expensive car and are now stuck working overtime to afford the payments… it’s the same principle).

A lot of them get addicted to the fast money, but struggle mentality. They start drinking or doing drunks to make it through their “shift”… And one thing leads to another.

It’s sad, indeed. So please treat your SP with respect and recognize how hard it can be to do what she’s doing.

This was also the question going through my mind as I read through this sad tale. But I think FN himself has the same question in his own mind, as he has hypothesized she could have been murdered by the third party trashers............if she did not do the trashing herself. That's how I read his post. If she is found dead, undoubtedly police will eventually show up on FN's doorstep and question him, because he left a paper trail leading back to him, and any cop worth his or her salt will follow the paper trail to where it leads. So getting a lawyer was a good idea. Sad story all around, but not exactly surprising to me.

Yes it can happen but it is a very small percentage, and parents have a huge influence on their children.
A child that is brought up in a loving family environment usually emulates the parents.
In any case when anybody decides to have children they have a responsibility to provide the best they can for them.
You never stop being a parent, it is a lifetime responsibility and the rewards are totally worth it. Nothing compares to being with your children and family.

Well good thing is there is NO blood! Hopefully this trashing took place where this SP and her children were not around when this happened. Not going to speculate but hopefully this SP and her daughters are safe.

As soon as I learned her drug addition I stop contacting her totally. And yes, I have informed my lawyer to terminate her lease.
