Here is more proof of corruption of Justin Castro. The ArriveCAN app, or its correct name should be ArriveSCAM. The Trudeau Liberals did not adequatenrecords and the money spent is unaccounted for. The software started out at $80,000 but balloned to roughly $60 million which is an estimate due to inadequate documentation. Where did the money go? Trudeau is corrupt to the max. The RCMP should investigate this SOB and lock him up in prison and throw away the keys. Contracts were handed out without the bidding process to unqualified bureaucrats. Instead of using in house public servants the Trudeau Liberals used private subcontractors. How much money did Trudeau and his buddies stuffed into their pockets? For example a two employee IT company called GCStrategies managed to get a $25 million contract despite having no hands on experience. They are not alone, there were other companies that got awarded contracts without any bidding.
