The last straw was Trump hiring that new lawyer who is well-known to the Fox News community as an ultra conspiracy propagandist. He and Trump are very much alike.
That pretty much sums it up. The man who knows nothing thinks he knows it all. I'm so tired of the incessant chaos. I used to think Canada may end up being my respite after all. But it may really not matter. If a nut job like Bolton, a nut job that was even too nutty for warmongers Bush and Cheney, is now National Security Advisor there may be no place safe enough to avoid any potential war he fancies.
On the "bright" side, this Karen McDougal lass is one data point to the argument that Trump actually has taste. The bolt-ons are a Debbie Downer, of course, but I'd do good work staring into a face like that. You have to question her judgment, though, for seeing anything redeeming in him--especially since she seems insulted at the idea that he offered her money.
Trump fires one of the few intelligent and qualified people left in his administration in General McMaster as National Security Advisor and replaces him with ultra chicken hawk John Bolton who has never been right about anything and for years has expressed his desire to go to war against Iran and North Korea.
The real reason why he fired McMaster is because he doesn't like the fact that McMaster is too cerebral and doesn't always agree with him. Just like a child or dictator!!!
Bush-era Republicans are terrified about the move since they've worked with Bolton in the past & know fully well he has an agenda which may very include starting a nuclear war. He also wouldn't be able to get Senator confirmation for any other cabinet positions and once again he's been squeezed into a position which doesn't require any confirmation hearing.
Trump also recently imposed tariffs on China which will only backfire. Starting a trade war against China or any other country will badly damage its steadily booming economy and it has many American blue collar workers worried. The stock market has also been negatively affected since the move and the Dow has shed more than 1100 points over the past two days.
And last night he decided to ban transgender people from the military. Many suspect that these recent moves are simply to deflect attention from his recent scandals were it the Russia investigation or the various porn stars and Playboy bunnies for various reasons. People can now see his moves coming from a mile away and now expect him to make his own news in order to deflect. Wag the Dog. Will he start another war in order to continue doing this? Many see this as being the reason why he's bringing in Bolton, another Fox News talking head. Fox News now seems to be boot camp in order to be hired by Trump. Don't they realize that by accepting a position in his administration likely means they have a 50% chance of getting indicted?
We're also hearing that Melania no longer speaks to him and spends more & more time away from Washington in order to avoid his ugly bloated face. And now we're learning that Don Jr's wife has filed for divorce after finding out he's been having various affairs incl. one with former Celebrity Apprentice contestant Aubrey O'Day. As the ol' saying goes "the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree."

Part of me (not the whole) feels no sympathy for people like Melania. The part that feels sympathy understands how utterly devastating it must be to hear how your husband cheated on you twice after you bore him a son, not to mention the salacious details the media highlights e.g oh and Trump didn't use protection.

People wonder why Melanie Knauss hasn't dumped him. I've heard stories that money is regularly being dumped in her Swiss bank account the longer she stays with him....for the optics. Maybe this is true, maybe it's not. But if i were in her shoes i probably would stay as long as i could. Because of the pre-nup she'll lose the life of luxury she's currently living if she leaves him. I've also recently learned that she'll likely lose custody of her son if she files for divorce. She knows what a miserable and mean person he can be when he wants to. So for her right now it's common sense that she stays. They're practically living separate lives anyway and have been for years. They barely see & talk to one another. During the campaign someone 'in-the-know' had whispered to me that the plan was for her to divorce him as soon as the election was over and that they had made a deal where she'd stay until he lost the election. But when he surprisingly won the electoral college (don't forget....3 million more Americans wanted Hillary Clinton as their President) it changed everything and made her miserable. She preferred to stay at Trump Tower in NYC all alone with her son & far away from him as much as possible.....but it wasn't good for the optics and eventually she ran out of excuses and had to move to DC.
Maritally-speaking these are not good times for the dysfunctional Trump family. Not only is The Donald's marriage literally on the rocks but now Don Jr's wife has finally filed for divorce after knowing about his cheating around for years. The marriage has been 'on-the-rocks' for quite some time according to insiders and they've been leading separate lives. Don't get fooled by the optics during the campaign.
As far as i know Eric Trump's marriage is somewhat solid but who knows. As for Ivanka's marriage to Jared Kushner i'm skeptical. I still have trouble imagining them together. I can't see what she sees in him. He seems to be a very effeminate man. If someone would tell me he's transgender i'd believe it. Ever hear him speak with his high-pitched girlish voice? That's a sign.
But Kushner is very likely facing prison time once the Mueller investigation is over. He's also being investigated by the state of New York. He's dirty and everyone knows it. He's also possibly shared State secrets with foreign factions in order to save him from bankruptcy. So if he does end up going to prison for a few years how will this affect the family?? The kids will be older & Ivanka will be highly in demand by various suitors....i'm thinking of wealthy arab princes here.
As for Tiffany Trump, she may be the most normal one of the bunch. It's no secret that she's estranged from the rest of the family & in the Trump family's eyes she literally doesn't exist. They probably wish that she never was born. Awful family.
