Eager, that's our American law enforcement for ya. I don't disagree with her lawyer that there must be better things to do with law enforcement resources. Columbus police said the arrest was part of a "long-term investigation into allegations of human trafficking, prostitution, & other vice related violations." It seems that all U.S. law enforcement has to do now is drop the phrase "human trafficking" to justify silly undercover indecency operations.

I'm not sure they were gunning for her because of her irritation to Trump. More than likely, her presence at the strip club drew the attention of the Columbus police who thought they could make a high profile bust.

Around 5-6 years ago, I was in a Connecticut strip club, and one of their feature performers was a very well known porn star whose name now escapes me. I used to enjoy watching the GirlsDoPorn videos. The one that got my attention was Kristy Althaus' first scene. She was once Miss Teen Colorado runner-up. The Democrats need to develop a positive political and economic message. Doubling down on illegal immigration, identity politics and the Trump resistance energizes the base, but only gets them so far. They could be dangerously painting themselves into a electoral corner. They need to appeal to working class people in the middle of the country.

I'm not sure Canadians will understand what's going on beneath the surface. Most of the U.S. media tries to set the agenda. The problem is now many voters have been rejecting that agenda.
