The Judge assigned to the trial is experienced, fair, and serious. When the defendant starts acting out with insults and veiled threats directed toward the prosecutors, the judge, and their families, she should haul his fat ass back to court, revoke his bail, and send him to jail for 30 days. If he acts up after that, he should be held in jail until the trial starts.
