What you have listed is all things that every man should know and not have to be reminded of.
For some reason seeing all of your comments in print for the first time has really made me think if seeing escorts is really what I should be doing.

First I did not dispute anything Luna said it is all common sense and the minimum any client should be doing when going to see an SP.
