To shave or not to shave?

So I was catching up on some summer reading today, and I came across this article '7 Deadly Sins of Summer' - apparently (not) shaving armpit hair is one of said sins. For men! For women, yes, I get it. It feels so anti- feminine to not shave. A little nasty. But for men?? The thought never crossed my mind. I know swimmers do it, and I guess bodybuilders, but I never thought the practice was mainstream for guys. Have I just been clueless?? I trim down there - should I be trimming up here as well?

Boys and girls, what say you? Curious to know.

Well i would never shave the armpit personally... I don't shave my body either. Only thing i do is trim downstair and mostly to respect my partners. Maybe if i was a 180 muscle bound playboy, then yeah, but honestly i see no point of doing so no. I don't have a huge armpit either, its normal if i would say, but it never crossed my mind of doing this.

For a woman i always tough it was something "normal" to do. Nobody like hair on a woman.. I once knew a pretty girl wich was actually attractive a lot, but the only problem is she had hairy arms, like black hairy, and it was really a boner killer...

When it comes to dude, well a metal fan, so hair is not really something im concerned with lol

I always trim my more 'hairy' regions, and if i do happen to have a 2-day beard going and have an upcoming 'date', i simply bring along some duct tape and apply it on my chin. This way, my 'guest' won't get her skin irritated when and if i happen to perform daty, which is something i've always been very skilled in.

Wait, let me get this right - you would actually put a shiny gray-colored piece of tape on your face during the encounter? Or this was only during DATY? Hahaha, considerate... :thumb: but awkward. I bet the bottom half of a ski mask would work just as well, and be more fuzzy comfy for the lady.

For women it's the opposite. No compromise in this one. Hairy armpits on a lady are scary...makes me wonder about some other things I never want to see.

No, i simply use the clear-colored one. The girl barely notices. I even forgot to remove it once after an 'encounter' and a buddy of mine noticed it. Boy, did he tease me afterwards!

p.s. They can tease me as much as they want, but not once have i left a lady unsatisfied when using the ol' duct tape method.

It only hurt once when i had a goatee. But it doesn't hurt one bit with just a 2 or 3-day beard.

I voted for trim, though letting it grow out is cool too, but only because I've seen some men's armpit hair grow so long that when they put deodorant on it gets all caught in and clumpy, and that looks more weird than if it were shaved to be honest

I shaved just one of my pits once.. ya just one...

I was shaving my face, back when I was still young and stupid, and then was reaching for something and noticed the hair under my armpit (left one)...looked at my razor...looked at my pit...looked at my razor... and said "why not, let's give it a try!"

Was nice having it shaved, but man oh man was it uncomfortable when the hair was growing back, especially since it was summer! :lol:

That's an excellent point! Didn't think that far ahead. I just figured it'd be cool and breezy like if you shaved your head. I guess there would be some commitment, eh? :lol:

When I go on campaign I will shave my pits and my balls/genitl area. Body hair is disgusting. I don't think girls like sucking a hairy cock. I certainly do not like eating out some hippie chicks hairy pussy.

Note, I do this about a week to 10 days before my hobby trip and then maybe it is a clean up a few days before. I don't try to do it all at once. This is too rough on the skin.

Very interesting results. I wish I knew WordPress better to be able to cut the data between boys and girls. Still, the total tally is in favor of trim/shave by a healthy margin. Who woulda thunk it? I never did. I learned something new.
