PP ain’t better.
He supports DEI bullshit and appointment someone in his cabinet that supports the LGBTQIA+PIPICACA123 agenda and uses pronouns.
They are both as bad, just slightly different. One stepping down doesn't bring any excitement or hope. Do people forget how badly everyone wanted Harper to step down? We are always in a lose/lose situation when it comes to the government.

Trudope stepping down is the best news ever, this day should become a National Holiday. Having said that, I did hope to see Trudope wiped out in the elections. This man will be the worst PM Canada has ever had. Total corruption, wokeness, keynesian economics on steroids. The damage he did to Canada will take decades to recover from. His mass immigration policy will take several years to stabilize prices provided immigration is shut down. But he replacement will very likely be another woke leader with Keynesian economics on steroids.

As much as I LOVE today’s news I don't think it’s a “good thing”.

Regardless of who is the face of the liberal party it won’t change anything. All it’s gonna do now is make people vote liberal again. It’s a last ditch effort to make people want to vote liberal at the election later this year… since many liberals didn’t even like JT.

A lot of people don't like PP either and only would vote for him because they hated JT more.

Now replace JT with some other more likeable liberal and people will switch their votes to liberal just because of that.

Again, I’m not for any party when they’re all owned by big brother / big corp / big tech / big pharma.

Just some thoughts from this thot.

That's the thing, they are just the face that can be replaced. The real people controlling everything will never be replaced. The hot seat is only for the scapegoat.

What is interesting to note is how Trudope followed the same pattern as his father except the son was ten times more worse and corrupt to the max. Both used the emergencies act, both of them their wife left them, and finally both resigned. Both left the country in mass debt and in poor economic shape.

This also stops a non-confidence vote as Trudeau had the GG stop parliament until March sometime. The dollar even went up with the news. Trudeau should have all his bank accounts looked into by external auditors.
Exactly. The election would’ve happened sooner if this wasn’t his move. He made the move to avoid that and to buy some time for the liberals.

Trudeau's "one regret":

Trudeau added that he has “one regret” – failing to reform Canada’s election process, ahead of a general election expected this fall.

“If I have one regret, particularly as we approach this election — well, probably many regrets that I will think of,” the outgoing leader said. “But I do wish we’d been able to change the way we elect our governments in this country so that people could simply choose a second choice, or a third choice on the same ballot.”

He had 9 years to do it, the last 2 elections he lost the popular vote. It was to his advantage to not change ot
