It was inevitable. Men with diametrically opposed purposes working on the same issues with the fate of national political direction in the balance. One representing the voters Trumperv courted to win, and the other representing the establishment he needs to function, and the devoted kids in between. D-I-S-A-S-T-E-R.

My bet is Trump will accomplish more in 2 years than Obama did in 8.

Ah Hah. So you bet Trumperv will accomplish more with a Republican Congress (both houses) than Obama did when a Republican Congress (both houses) opposed him all of the time. Interesting. Is that before they impeach him?

Who's accomplishments will they be? Trumperv's or the Republican's who are currently fighting with his campaign boys for appointments before he takes office? How much can get done when he can't get those who are supposed to be on his side to stop fighting with each other?

But here’s the rub: The 63-year-old is no environmental steward. A noted climate contrarian, he’s spent decades trying to dispel what he calls the “myths of global warming,” defending the use of fossil fuels and shutting down any climate policy that would diminish dependence on them. And he’s expressed great pride at being one of world’s most reviled “climate criminals.”

The thing is one assessment says the "green" businesses already have a strong foothold in the environmental industry that is very profitable and would be difficult to reverse.

Let's not forget mid-term elections either. There's already a strong backlash against Trump's policies and it's growing. The fact he lost the popular vote by almost 800,000 shows Trumperv had better not think he has a mandate. Though he's very unlikely to let that stop him, the more extreme he is the more likely the Republicans are to lose the House of Representatives. Plus he continues to act like a childish fool on twitter. Who know what other stupid crap he'll do to motivate a lot of people who didn't vote plus those who did.

And still most Republican will fight him on numerous policies.

The green is not all that profitable to all, many countries regret going green and bankruptcies are happening, Spain a few months back had a huge loss with some green company. The cost to the consumer is far too high at the present time.
My thoughts on this... Exploit the hell out of our oil and gas industry, build pipelines to each coast and sell as much as possible. make it a law that the major oil companies use X amount of profits to invest in an alternative energy source where they will be share holders ( a few majors are already investing heavily into this as it is ). Once we get a feasible alternative energy source and the economy is ok then do a slow transition to cleaner sources. To bankrupt a country to go green makes no sense at all. Looks good on paper, too bad all the young " kids " want this to happen now.

Germany is working on a law to make 100% car electric by 2030. We will see many of initiative like this. So your statement makes sense. Exploit while there is a need. The only problem with over exploitation is that is drives the price down, so less profit.

I am thinking that Trump will in the near future stop oil imports from a few eastern countries and will need to make up the difference and that is where Alberta comes in. Oil and gas does bring a lot of money into this country and the Liberals want to kill it oven an expensive alternative. plus Justine wants a seat on the UN and be awarded man of the year.... does not care if Canada is in his way.

Christie appropriately demoted, which should reflect the stain he should carry from having his direct minions cause the Bridgegate and resulting criminal convictions. This type of pettiness should never be tolerated and to have put in writing in emails what that knuckleheaded chief of staff did was so stupid she deserved to be convicted as a result. Christie is responsible for the conduct of his minions and she was a direct minion. If her actions didn't get communicated to him then shame on him for not managing his minions properly. They serve at your pleasure Chris not their own.
I now believe that Christie got the boot as retribution for prosecuting the elder Kushner.
The elder Kushner is not only Donald`s son- in- law`s father, but a good friend of Trump.
Christie was the chief prosecutor in his trial for money laundering and other fraud related crimes.

That is correct Cloudsurf. The first of many similar action to follow. To those who tought Trump would be good because he was not a true politician, whatch out, he is fucking worse than a politician ;)

Christie was the chief prosecutor in his trial for money laundering and other fraud related crimes.

That has been reported and it looks like Kushner is out for revenge.

All reports say there's a lot of complications on many levels of administration transition from personal rivalries to a massive web of conflicts of interests and Trumperv family connections account for a large segment of it all. Now Giuliani says Trumperv is exempt from conflict of interest laws. If you thought the Clintons exploited their positions for $$$ you haven't seen anything yet. I think this family is willing to ignore every line of regulation and law regarding conflict of interest ever drawn and whether that's legal or not could be the basis of a possible impeachment as predicted when they try to use the Presidency directly by altering rules and regulations for profits.

Cheers,

He has shown every time he does not let anything get in his way and he thinks simple denial absolves him of all complications and wrongs. In his most recent tweets he claimed everything about the transition was running perfectly despite everything well known to have happened. He just lied about it and thinks that covers him completely. Just as he denied everything he was criticized for during the campaign, evidenced 100% on video or not, he will deny wrong or claim there's nothing against whatever he does.

Indeed revenge is sweet for Jared Kushner as Christie and his cronies are being demoted into oblivion! More here:

Christie built his political career on tearing down a Kushner and now son of Kushner is tearing down Christie's ass, which I should note is a Bridgegate-scarred ass.

By the way the plot hatched by elder Kushner to hire an escort to have sex with his brother in law and tape the encounter and then send to Kushner's sister backfired rather badly. Revenge was not as sweet for the father as it is now for the son. But the revenge was finally obtained.

Well, the email scandal continues, but it's not who you think. Trumperv deleted thousands of emails and records against court orders. PLEEEEEZZZEE! Don't get up in arms about this T-perv fans I know how much you detest this sort of thing PURELY ON PRINCIPLE!!!!!!!!!!!! It's not like you only chased this kind of action for political reason or because you hate Clinton. Take it easy this time will ya. WHEW.

NEWSWEEK: TRUMP'S COMPANIES DELETED DOCUMENTS IN VIOLATION OF COURT ORDERS

http://www.newsweek.com/2016/11/11/donald-trump-companies-destroyed-emails-documents-515120.html

Over the course of decades, Donald Trump’s companies have systematically destroyed or hidden thousands of emails, digital records and paper documents demanded in official proceedings, often in defiance of court orders. These tactics—exposed by a Newsweek review of thousands of pages of court filings, judicial orders and affidavits from an array of court cases—have enraged judges, prosecutors, opposing lawyers and the many ordinary citizens entangled in litigation with Trump. In each instance, Trump and entities he controlled also erected numerous hurdles that made lawsuits drag on for years, forcing courtroom opponents to spend huge sums of money in legal fees as they struggled—sometimes in vain—to obtain records.

This behavior is of particular import given Trump’s frequent condemnations of Hillary Clinton, his Democratic opponent, for having deleted more than 30,000 emails from a server she used during her time as secretary of state. While Clinton and her lawyers have said all of those emails were personal, Trump has suggested repeatedly on the campaign trail that they were government documents Clinton was trying to hide and that destroying them constituted a crime. The allegation—which the FBI concluded was not supported by any evidence—is a crowd-pleaser at Trump rallies, often greeted by supporters chanting, “Lock her up!”

Trump’s use of deception and untruthful affidavits, as well as the hiding or improper destruction of documents, dates back to at least 1973, when the Republican nominee, his father and their real estate company battled the federal government over civil charges that they refused to rent apartments to African-Americans. The Trump strategy was simple: deny, impede and delay, while destroying documents the court had ordered them to hand over.

Cheers

There is not much worse than a politician out there, veterinarians ( scammers ), lawyers ( many politicians are lawyers ), dentists ( sorry but that is my fear  plus they fucking scam you with outrageous prices ) and brokers.

Just my opinion

TRUMPerv...OFFICIALLY A FRAUD!!!
As if we didn't know already.

http://www.cnbc.com/2016/11/18/pres...ttlement-in-trump-university-case-source.html

U.S. President-elect Donald Trump has agreed to settle lawsuits relating to his Trump University series of real estate seminars for $25 million, a source familiar with the situation told Reuters on Friday.

Claims brought by New York's attorney general will represent roughly $4 million of that amount, the source said. The law firms representing students in the case will not seek attorneys fees, only costs, the Reuters source said.

A source told CNBC earlier on Friday that the case was nearing a settlement, and that the president-elect would agree to pay $20 million to $25 million to settle the complaint. Trump will not admit to any wrongdoing in the final agreement, the source said.

The New York Daily News first broke the news. CNBC has reached out to Trump's attorney.

A spokesperson for New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman said the attorney general "has always been open to a settlement that fairly compensates the many victims of Trump University who have been waiting years for a resolution."

Earlier this year, former students of for-profit Trump University filed a lawsuit after they said the school fraudulently misrepresented what students would be taught and falsely claimed that instructors were picked by Trump. Trump's lawyers have asked the judge on the case to delay the trial, according to NBC News.

An Economic Nationalist Movement

I am starting to think that Bannon may be on to something here:

http://www.cnn.com/2016/11/18/polit...trump-hollywood-reporter-interview/index.html

Trump mentioned in his keynote election speech the infrastructure and how money would be spent on it. Bannon is now reaffirming this. With interest rates at record lows what he says makes total sense. We have bridges that are falling apart and an infrastructure that lags behind Europe's in critical areas. This is a fucking embarrassment and I want it corrected and if Trump wants to spend my tax dollars on it he may do so, even though I did not vote for him. Because I like this particular agenda, although it seems to be the only one I like of his 3 big ones.

Bannon said the liberals simply got it wrong. He was right about another thing- the liberalswill tax and spend you but that money will go to special interests and donors. Bannon will send that same tax money into the infrastructure, which is exactly where it needs to be spent at this time, with interest rates low and bridges crumbling beneath our cars.

People have very short memories. That's exactly what Obama has wanted to do for years. He even made a speech about it while standing under a bridge. But the fucking lazy idiot Republicans in that do-nothing Congress blocked him everytime!
