Completely false. All the $ collected from carbon tax is given back to taxpayers. In QC we don't see it because we don't pay Carbon Tax.
This is a silly/false argument developed by conservatives to gain votes. The reality is when the Carbon Tax will be scrapted, by Poilièvre or Carney, a majority of Canadians will no more receive $ from this Tax.

A lot of that money is wasted to send to foreign countries on useless things like gender studies and on asylum seekers. Hundreds of millions of dollars wasted for asylum seekers. Refugees are the single biggest leechers of Canada. Foreign Aid = Money Laundering.

Trudeau has many fooled with this carbon tax rebate. He essentially over taxed people then gives back a small amount of their own money and calls it a carbon tax rebate. It works because many people were fooled. The net result is the government made billions of dollars to fund Trudeau's out of control spending spree.
