I am more of a serious guy. Some humour but not my strong point
Personally before a meeting i always follow a few rules
I know We all pay for it. But i want to make it as pleasant as i can
I always go dressed in a suit. Or for a night on the town
Never eat spicy or strong flavored foods the day before at the minimum
Always go shaved
Do 10 mins of abs morning of
And always eat half a pineapple the day before

Anybody have any tips or their own premeeting ritual?

I found the following helpful:


1. I also buy a bleach kit or two for the teeth. Nobody likes yellow teeth.

Bleach kits are now less than 20$ USD in the drug store. It takes about an hour to bleach your teeth. There are several that you can buy on the market. I have had good luck with a Rite-Aid brand. The 20$ kit consists of a pre-rinse followed by an upper and lower bleach tray a second rinse, two more trays and a final rinse. It takes about an hour and my gums sting a bit but it works.

Any recommendations out there?

Cannot under estimate the value of bright white teeth, as a matter of fact I am due, going to the pharmacy now, to get crest 3d white strips. problem is, i get severe tooth pain in 1 particular tooth after treatment, like a shock of electricity

Use sendodyne tooth paste before the white strips or get a professional one from your dentist. More expensive. But much less painfull
