I have to confess - Helirage is correct. There are quite a few folk remedies in the Deep South. I suspect most of them are setups for gullible Yankees like myself. Fortunately, I didn't follow through with this one. I'm thinking maybe pork fat or bacon grease? I'm just a little reluctant to expose my boys to such a level of abuse unless it would be to impress an exceptional young woman such as yourself, Julia.

What helps me before a meeting ? I will go and state the obvious, one that is overlooked at times . SLEEP... I will try my best to get some sleep as it is the one thing that makes all the difference for me . I try and make an effort to not see anyone the day before a meeting . Although even if I do I’m still good to go ,just as long as I’ve gotten some good rest in between . But if my body is deprived of sleep

It also means that I’ll have the energy and patience to do things that I would not normally do if I was tired .
