I don't see how you could do a movie about Napoleon without rushing the story. Most biopics are 2-2.5 hours, you have to sacrifice something.Really???
I was so disappointed! It’s not a bad movie but i felt the story was kind of rushed. Maybe i would have enjoyed it more had i seen it in a movie theatre, who knows.
They should have a Netflix 8-10 Episode series to tell the full story. Rushing and compacting history is never appropriate!
The 2012 Film on Lincoln by Steven Spielberg was generally loved by critics but I was disappointed that it didn't show other aspects of Lincoln's life, including his long, distinguished and successful career as an attorney before he went into politics and eventually became President, or his very famous debates with Stephen Douglas which lifted him up into national prominence. Those debates were the start of a rich national tradition of debates in the U.S. Yet ignored by the movie!!!!! Disappointing!!!
