Why do escorts ask you what you're gonna do after?

If you want to go for s drink after the session, ask about a social rate.
Never understood this thing about a social rate.
I am realistic and will hire an escort for sex, but I don’t buy friends.
If I ever get to the stage that I would pay someone to have dinner with me or to go to a show I would probably jump of my balcony first.
If a lady doesn’t find me interesting enough to sit across the dinner table from her then she can stay home, I have more than enough friends and family I can take to dinner.
Yeah I know this will open a can of worms, but we all live our life by different rules this is mine.

For me the social date is cool. WHY? This my opinion. I like it because I get to be with a beautiful lady next to me and I feel everyone is jealous. I went on a few social dates and it's cool when before she says bye I got suck a kiss...ouf!!!!

Great we all think differently.
For me arm candy has zero appeal.
When I go to dinner with someone I am there to enjoy a FRIEND’s companionship not there for show and tell.

We are paid for our time. You are requesting some of our time when you ask us out for a drink. It’s not too far fetched to expect to be compensated.

Would you do unpaid overtime?
I completely understand you and if someone is willing to do it great for you. I am not.
I socialize with friends and have dinner with friends and family, it has absolutely nothing to do with money.
Most of all I won’t do it for the exact reason you gave for you it is work for me dinner is an evening with a friend.

Don't get me wrong, I really enjoy the friend's companionship too. It's just nice to have a pretty lady

I get it we are not all made the same way.
Money is meant to be spent on things you enjoy.
I have no interest in paying someone to have dinner with me no matter how gorgeous I simply wouldn’t enjoy it. It has nothing to do with the cost and everything with the idea.
I am not blaming any SP why wouldn’t they want to be compensated as Lena said for them it is work and they want to be paid for their time.

I thought the thread was about when an escort asks you about what your doing afterwards? If that loosly means that they want me to pay them to spend "social" time together they can go out by themselves. We always hear about how its about the connection or really liking each other to now you need to pay me for the social time. If someone wants companionship for dinner or a show so be it. But if an SP askes me what I'm doing afterwards it shouldn't mean that I can now shell out more money so we can spend more time together. Quote from Charley Sheen "I don't pay them for sex. I pay them to leave."

I sure understand their point of view, it is just not for me. I cant see any interest in having dinner with someone who is on duty with a "meter" on! lol

I only had 2 eatout with SPs, well one of them we had several different activities, and it was stricly on a friendship basis, no money involved.

I disagree with this. It's not about buying friends, but building up chemistry with a given SP.
Also when seeing a SP as a regular, it might be nice to treat her out for dinner as a way of saying "thank you" for all her service.

What makes you think I don’t treat her out for dinner.
You can disagree all you want like I said we are not made the same way and we dont think the same. There is nothing wrong with what you are doing if it makes you happy it is just not for me.
I have no problem treating an SP to any restaurant she wants and any thing she wishes to eat or drink money is not the issue, I just won’t pay for her time she has to be there because she wants to be there not because I am paying her to be there.

I think if you are paying for her time on a date, you are definately "buying" fake chemistry AND fake frienship, as well as we all are buying "fake" sextime when meeting them to fuck, but at least we get some fun sex back!

Thats my opinion and, sure, you can disagree all you want.

Wow! I also paid my mechanic for repairing my car. He did a good job at a reasonable price and I invited him for a beer after work. I paid the drink nothing more.
I never considered I was asking him to work overtime, neither did he. Your reasoning is very narrow. If you are not interested sharing your time with someone, just decline politely.

Paid for your time???? And sex is free??? That is a way to justify your business. Take out sex off the equation and you know your earnings will drop down the sink.

Coming back to the OP question. Different SP might have different reasons to ask. Generally speaking, it is "small talk", a way to fill time or just have an idea of what their patrons are doing.
