Seems to me like race is intertwined into the topic because it is a clear element of choice in physical attraction. In almost any other service industry it would be socially unacceptable to differentiate based on race, yet it seems obvious to me that we should all respect our personal choices of who we share our bodies with.
I agree with Patron that differentiating oneself as an agency with clearly understandable criterias that define what the agency is feels legitimate. Yet given the number of SPs that specifically do not service black clients, I can't say I'm surprised to hear of Kyla's experience on the other side of that coin. If an agency's historical clients aren't interested in non-white SPs, than it will be harder for you to fit in.
I think there is business for all skin colors to be had on both sides, and it's left to the enterprising agency, lady or gentlemen to figure how to tease out that clientele. I'm glad XO seems to disagree with the generalisation that all agencies are bad for minorities.
