I can’t say that they are friendlier in the US.
Women in Quebec are gorgeous and if they like you they go all out to please you, I had a few French Canadian girlfriends in my youth and they were amazing.
My wife however was from the same country I was born in.

There is a huge difference in the US also, they are way friendlier in the South than around New York and Boston and the ones in New England you are hard pressed to find any that can come close in looks to Quebecers.

Now I am not sure what you really mean.
Are you talking about SP or civilian women.
It wouldn’t make any sense for an SP to not be friendly. You are paying for a fantasy after all.
I have never found Québec women to be cold or unfriendly quite the opposite, but then again a lot depends on the person and how you approach them.
