This is what I found. But you might be right. They have to prove that you sent a text to buy sexual services so if there is nothing explicit then they got no case. Then again I am not a lawyer. Perhaps @EagerBeaver can shed some light in this even from a US perspective.I heard the same thing… never worked for one but he would try to hangout with the new girls and drug them and had sex with them or he would get girls to agree to have a paid sex relation and never pay them. Also guys, every parlour and every agency in any cities in Canada has a late fee, missed appointment fee etc… I heard girls quitting because they missed a shift and it 300-500$ or girls having UTIs and having to come in and show they pee blood to not get the fee, couldn’t get a doctors note.. that’s all the things ive been hearing. Gooooo Indy or actually if you do like a girl stick with her and she’ll eventually tell you if she feels comfortable. Rarely a girl will say what’s going on when they first meet you… sometimes bosses send their friends to test out the girls… especially if there’s been complaints.
For agencies girls were forced to do GFE and bosses would look at reviews and tell the girl she’d get fired even if she mentioned the client was disrespectful…
For parlours usually less strict I’ve heard but I’d doesn’t matter if it’s women or men boss most act the same.

Wow... leave for a week and come back to the creaziest thread I've ever seen. Its as if circle jerk and dumpster fire collided. Girls were raped, exploited and coerced. I hope they get convicted. I'm willing to bet when Sam "retired", new management simply didn't have the credentials to the webhosting. Considerering its just some 4$ cheap hosting and didn't move, they probably didn't have access to the domain name provider. It was renewed in Jan so, a credit card is on file and possibly just autorenewed. Hosting seems to be Eastern European with a "presence" in the US, don't know how compliant they would be.
I suspect new management just had access to the website CMS. Remember when the exodus started, they only removed the english content, and left the french site up. I think they just didn't know how. Probably why they eventually rebranded.
Also, nowadys, IP addresses are a nightmare due to all the public wifi access, people sharing the same external IP really isn't as useful as people think on top of that sites are getting hammered with AI traffic too. So your IP is a needle in a sea of needles. Not saying they can't dig, but like other said, they probably just want to focus on convicting the principals before having to go that route. Cookies, typically don't store on the server, they are created on your device.
Cel phone... that one could be a bitch especially if they can match it with IMEI. With federal and provincial National digital identity systems and INN laws, that could be easier to get details on mobile # owners faster than trying to subpoena a telecom or just pay data brokers directly. That would give them access to banking, legal, medical databases to connect the dots. Even if they don't use it to go after clients, wouldn't be surprised if they don't just ingest the numbers into their framework just like they do with DNA. If it eventually connects to CBA. Any ArriveCan users ?

It's the harsh truth. We all want to believe the agencies we use or used are behaving responsibly. It's often probably just wishful thinking.
GFE has different meanings for everybody. At first I thought the lady would complain about my poor choice in music and criticize the way I dress
. But it turned out much more pleasant so I became addicted.
Well I think there is no blanket statement for their operations. With the different ladies sharing we can see that there are an uneven treatment spanning from coercive to "understanding".
You’ll never know what goes on inside an agency, but I would also argue you’ll also never know what’s going on inside a family, a marriage or corporate department from the outside. It pays to have our antennae up.
I think we can empathize with those abused and most of us want to eliminate any affront to human dignity as much as we can, especially assault, rape and any other violence within the industry. And we certainly don’t want to patronize the bad actors.
That said, when we start to conflate escort fines, termination etc with violence, I think we’ve jumped the shark. I just saw an excellent co-worker at a major corporation get put on a PIP to build a case to fire him. 23 years as an excellent employee, but they don’t want to pay a big severance. That’s abuse, that’s unfair, unjust, but it goes on all over, sadly. It’s the assault, rape etc we need to pay attention to. I guess what I’m saying is, when we start to throw the smaller infractions in with the big stuff, we dilute the arguments.
Not every agency is abusive. There’s not a sex cop around every Montreal corner. I can tell you I’ve bumped into NJ escorts laughing and walking with friends on the Wildwood boardwalk and in north Jersey restaurants. That gives me comfort and puts mind at ease regarding those agencies.

What's happening today? Looks like they've all appeared in court this morning, at least for preliminary things. The case number, if you search it - comes up with all the accused.
There are many such preliminary meetings. It says "orientation". Likely a technicality but I'm no expert. Often the accused won't even be present.
Google his defense attorney, Jordan Trevick. It seems as if this attorney has been around the block a few times and part of some high profile cases. That could explain why the XO website is still up (signal no wrongdoing).
This morning seems procedural. I still don’t think this makes it to trial. XO, to me at least, seems like they’re not folding and ready for hardball.
What do you think the timeline in these cases are?
Usually prosecuters have to follow the Jordan rule of 18 months provincially to present the case so at this point I know prosecuters are hurrying up.
Then as for Johns, assuming they started investigation Spring 2024 and now it is Spring 2026, statute of limitations of summary convictions for first offense is usually 12 months. So, if they want to pursue Johns before Spring of 2025 they will be straight up charged with indictable offense which puts no statute of limitations but I think they will only go after those who are already evidentiary heavy.
The screenshot you posted is similar to what you would see if I screenshotted the case detail in any pending criminal case in CT.
The only thing missing is the plea status. Usually it's coded "awaiting plea" if no plea is entered. Once a plea is entered, if it is not guilty, then a trial date is assigned.
It could be the word "orientation" is being used similarly to how we would use "plea" in English, but I have no idea.

In the USA a "plea" is a formal "declaration" to the Court on how the defendant answers to the charges. The defendant must speak it- not his or her attorney. They must "declare" they are guilty or not guilty. I should note that there may be preliminary hearings before an arraignment occurs where such a plea is entered.
I frankly don't know the significance of "orientation declare" but it sounds like it could be a form of plea in your Quebec criminal justice system. At some point Sammy does have to communicate to the Court his response to the charges. I don't know how or when that will happen but I want to hear Sammy's response, which we would call a "plea."

Orientation declare is pretty much like you mentioned. Entering a plea and deciding what type of trial they will go towards (Orientation) Mediation, trial, and fixing a date.
When I see all the “Fully booked” girls on the agencies’ pages , are clients really paniking? The top agencies have 12 girls on average everyday and assuming each girl meet 5 clients ( low average ) then it would means that the top 3 agencies’ girls see a total of 180 clients per day. Many are repeats or "loyal" buyers. In massachusetts brothel bust they went after the most repeating ones out of more than 2800 numbers they found. Out of these almost 3000 ones they identified 34 individuals. These 34 individuals had interaction in 100s of messages. Now I don't know if that mean 100s of visits or multiple messages accounted for each visit. The clientele was described as "wealthy and well-connected" including doctors, lawyers, corporate executives, military officers, scientists, professors and a Cambridge city councilor.
Someone was saying since client list contain influential people, they won't go after clients but Massachusetts trial speaks otherwise. They specifically went after clients regardless of their influence.
