You know that you are in a heap of trouble when you score only one stinking, lousy run against fat Freddy Garcia who has a ERA of 5.23, what a disgrace of a baseball team, I can't think of a worse managed team in all of sports, what a embarrassment.
How about Andruw Jones? Two Home Runs and a great jumping catch against the wall in left field and a strike of a throw to get Big Poppy out at first. Well, maybe doubling up Big Poppy isn't that hard since he runs slower than Terry the Tortoise, but what a performance by Andruw.
And what was that bat throw by Kelly Shoppach to the 10th row of the seats on the 3rd base line? Doesn't Kelly know that how far the ball goes is what counts? It's sure funny watching this Red Sox team play. :lol:
Seems Adrian gOnzales left the game with an upset stomach after only one at bat in tonights game...... I always thought he was not like lackie lester and beckett but looks like we can add another to what is seemingly a list that just keeps growing and growing and growing.... such a shame (note to AGONE, if your gonna eat it, do so AFTER the game not before your first at bat)
Well, Iggy, if you were Adrian g0nzales, and you were stuck playing for the Boston Red Sucks, wouldn't you get ailments just to leave the train wreck of a season (year after year)? I mean a bucket of fried chicken and a few beers would do the trick. Bobby V. would be a little disappointed, but Bobby V has to be disappointed with the 6 HR's and 45 RBI's, .283 BA at mid season.

Yes, indeed the big guy was all smiles all evening long & i haven't seen him enjoy himself that much since five years ago. I feel for the big guy & he does deserve to finish off his career in a better ballpark & for an organization that isn't so dysfunctional as his current one. Poppy is a good guy & i wouldn't be surprised if he's not booted out of town like other Red Sox greats....Clemens, Noma, Mo Vaugh, Youk, Tito, etc. The list is a long one.
Ortiz must be using one hell of a good masking program to have not been caught so far, I have a gut feeling that Mcnamara is on Ortiz's payroll.
While Big poopie continues to use*, it would appear Adrian "lil man" Gonzalez, or Agone if you will, has indeed lived up to his name as Adrian HAS GONE legit and HAS GONE off the Juice as he is on pace for 11, yes ELEVEN homeruns this season. Nice to see him play fair and not cheat like some on that horrid team, but I am sure the red sox front office is not happy, afterall boston is known as a town for cheaters so why Adrian went legit is a head scratcher to say the least.

Also it looks like Youk has reinvented himself after he left that "Toxic" clubhouse.
BTW- The god awful Sox just lost to Tampa and are back where they belong(the cellar).
