I imagine at least a third of escorts in Montreal aren’t into partying. There’s lots of other stuff in Montreal that makes it attractive to college aged kids. New York isn’t a good comparison because it has a certain Mythos as the Central Hub of “happening” formed over decades by Americans. I doubt the mentality of most Johns or escort who live in New York is to buy property in Des Moines. That’s not the point of living in New York for most people if you’re under 40.Yes, but it isn’t us, I am pretty sure.
It is the city.
Montreal is a party / college town that is a draw for young women compared to the banality of the small Quebec villages.
Money is needed to live the good life, including the Caribbean travel that many of them discuss doing with like-minded girls there own age.
If they are happy in life, it shows up in sessions.
There are some conundrums at play. New York City in the U.S. has a lot of sex workers, many of whom at the high end attend Columbia and NYU. And plenty who went to colleges throughout the country and arrived in NYC for a first job / adventure, often with friends who just graduated from the same college.
Amazingly, they seem to enjoy life there very much, even though obtaining enough money is a daily struggle. They could buy a nice house in Des Moines for what they pay as a share of rent. And there are plenty of potential Johns in Des Moines, many of whom travel to Las Vegas, Chicago and New York City to buy sex from them due to the lack of great sex workers in Des Moines.
Young women don’t think like Johns. They don’t want to live in Des Moines.
