Bad review equal to a ban!!! Does some agency think they own us???!!!

With the approval from mods, I share my store here:

Recently I wrote a review regarding to an unsatisfied secession from a well know agency, little did I thought what that means.

While way over the whole event, and attempt to book another visit, I have to induce an hour of augment with the booker because I post a review before contacting him, even the whole thing happened during the days he is not even working!!! Needless to say that really pisses me off, and I dis what a piss client could do, contact higher up…

I guess thing have changed a lot and owner might got changed too, next thing I know the booker banned me from booking, cause he posted as the owner a while back …

I got say the dude did me a huge favor as I am looking for a way to get out this hobbie thing, I mean, what a guy with means and limited time could do besides meeting beautiful women???

But isn’t merb a place we share about our experience, good or bad??? And who, besides the mods, has the right to regulate when and will we post a bad review???

When an agency thinks it is above all its client and has the right to tell the clients what to do, what you think will happen next??? Don’t we all want get what we paid for???

If try to help follow merbits save some trouble means land me in the doghouse with some agency…

While some might see this as a sign of less competition, think what that means to you in a long term…

I do not understand why peoples keep giving their merb name to sp and agencies. It is better to miss a merb discount instead of revealing who you are. When you reveal who you are you expose yourself to this responce from the agency and you can also loose your freedom to write what you want.
Some golden rule are never tell who you are and wait a few day (wait more if the girl do not work often) before you do a good or bad review to ensure you will not be recognized. Never say what hotel and exact time you met the girl.
Of course it is not ok for the agency to act that way. Some agency will read a bad review and try fixing problem. Other agency will do whatever they can to hide problem so they do not have to fix them.
It is also true it is always better to first contact the agency to fix problem before posting bad review.

Not even mods have the right to regulate or control reviews. All we expect from members is that they follow the posting guidelines when writing their reviews, be they good or bad.

If someone lets an agency know their handle and then puts up a very bad review on that handle, it should come as no surprise when the agency acts to protect its reputation by banning the known offender. The situation never happens if a truly anonymous handle is used, and identifying details are omitted from the review. Not much else more to say than that.

Hello Newbi,

No agency has the right to ban anyone for an honest review. It's tantamount to blackmail, and it's meant to coerce other members to avoid negative reviews so that the agency can hide their faults and continue to provide sub-par service at full cost to everyone. Unfortunately, some members have also exploited reviews for benefits.

However, since this will go on you should do everything possible to avoid giving the agency the means to cheat you such as exposing anything that can point to you directly. Metoo4 makes some good suggestions. You should use them as a guideline.

If you give a bad review, and complained to the agency, the agency will figure out your handle pretty easily.

I have always thought the purpose of a review board is to reward the good honest agencies and good performing SP's, while exposing the bad agencies and SP's.

There are always bad apples who may take advantage of the situation, like trying to exchange reviews for discounts. Hopefully, these bad characters are exposed.

Agencies who ban guys for giving bad reviews are not good agencies. They should be avoided like the plague until they change their bad practices.

This is suppose to be a discreet hobby, I once had a bad experience with an SP and the agency offered me a discount.

I politely refused because I did not want to give away my location and my handle.

But like everyone says delay your reviews and don't give specifics that would give you away.

guys, thanks for your support, sepecial thanks for the mods here for allow me share the experience, as you guys know, this is a post directly expose the wrong doing of a PAID advertiser, therefore you guy know that you can trust the information you recieve from merb...

I had my fair share of bad encounters, the fact is, i still deal with the agency that hand me the bulk of them, because I know to let it go, so did them. After all, no one should try to fully control another human being, and every girl have their own preference, so a bad review just a mean to wrang those who is on a limited time or budget tonot wast their time or money on someone who might be YMMV.

So I've never thought any agency would go so, but what happened is what happened.

I am at a point of life I want focuse my attention on my business and career, so I may well take this oppotunity to have a break...

I've never shared my handle or used it to my advantage, but when you do a TOFTT it does not take much to figure out who you are.

I have given bad reviews and never had a problem with any of the agencies with future bookings.

When I have a bad review to do, I wait few weeks so that the agency and girl can't remember my encounter... they have a red fish memory.
so who's the agency in question?
I know one agency that has this cavalier attitude that give a bad name to this hobby. Somehow this board still eat from their hands.
