Whistleblower doctor dies from Coronavirus
Dr. Li Wenliang — the Chinese whistleblower doctor who warned the public of a potential "SARS-like" disease in December 2019 — has died of coronavirus in Wuhan today, according to several state media reports.
Li was questioned by local health authority, and was later summoned by Wuhan police to sign a reprimand letter in which he was accused of "spreading rumors online" and "severely disrupting social order."
He was hospitalized on Jan. 12 after contracted the virus from his patient, and he was confirmed to have the coronavirus on Feb. 1.
May he rest in peace. This man is a hero.

The the coroner said the whistle blower who made the chinese government look bad died of the common cold

I saw a Arab guy at Home Depot with a cart full of construction dust mask. ( approx. 50-75 ) He was talking to a Quebecois guy. The Arab guy was spouting all sorts of nonsense about catching the Coronavirus. With 4 cases in Canada ( all under quarantine ) All in other cities, this guy thinks he may catch the virus.
I agree with you. At the same time I feel these “scares” help get more awareness and funding to address the issue. Quarantine, checks, and temporary travel bans to this region is really all you can do, unless the produce a vaccine very quickly

There are vaccines for influenza. None for coronavirus. How long does it take to produce a vaccine? Hence the panic.

Most of people don’t; however since I have one life, I do. I know the chance is low, and people might laugh, but if it can happen then it will happen.
I would not see girls from MAE, or popular SPs, since they can be easy points of transferring these viruses, however it is just my own preference.

Well masks are sold out worldwide since late January. Chinese people bought them in US and Canada and sent them back to China. The construction masks are not effective, but people still buy anyway.
Haha yes, as many Chinese guys will see them too. There are many other choices in Montreal. Just hold and wait for a few more weeks. It will a peak worldwide in couple of weeks.
