I have a big dream: that we find an effective vaccine, but in addition that it is discovered in Quebec or in Canada.
We could also discover a drug, a molecule or a combination of molecules that would cure us of this virus.

And especially because Trump should depend on us, while the opposite would be a disaster because he would like to keep the discovery only for his country. This man is imbued with himself and doesn't stop praising his administration. How can he say that with 90,000 dead soon.

Unfortunately beggars cannot be choosers so I’ll welcome a safe and viable vaccine even if it means happening on Trumps watch . Ideally he doesn’t get re-elected but I think that is unlikely so another term is in the cards

Theoretically possible yes, likely, no. The only way I could see it happening is if Biden in speeches or debates begins showing signs of more advanced dementia. In that case it could happen.
