No, it does not. The international reporting practically disappeared, and every internal reporting ends up with the connection to Trump shortcomings. There is practically no exception and looks like a communist propaganda with the mandatory reference to Marxism-Leninism. It became propaganda channel pure and simple that does not leave any room for people to form their own opinion. Fox is not better, but it always was like that whereas transformation of the CNN occurred rapidly after the Tramp election.

Lester Holt on NBC is the man- he shoots it straight. There is no smugness in his delivery like you see with Anderson Cooper on CNN, who frankly is a somewhat entitled prick who grew up with the silverest of spoons in his mouth as an Heir of the Vanderbilt fortune. All the cases are in San Paulo. I remember when I was in Rio my boss used to take me to 4X4 in centro before dinner @ his home. I’d make him stop for Açaí before we headed to a terma. @ the terma he’d buy me drinks and tell the bartender and DJ to my music. His wife was awesome and always guaranteed a great meal. Really lovely country and people, kinda sad what’s happening to them

He is in denial and when asked a month ago if he was worried about the pandemic he replied that Brazilians are tough and they won`t get sick because they swim in sewers and have built up a resistance to viruses. A week ago when asked about the out of control epidemic in his country...he answered with a dumb as hell question....."what can I do ?" Take a bullet in the brain and save tens of thousands of lives is what he can do.

Luckily most of the states and large cities are ignoring him and doing their best, with limited resources, to fight this plague.

One thing that bothers me is that our government has gone above and beyond to protect the ones at risk , so much information and effort to protect our population ... they’ve sent Billions and Billions of dollars to millions of households that were in need of financial help so they wouldn’t have to worry about the essentials ,,, but still what do some people do ? They keep complaining about how big government is stealing their civil liberties and freedoms .... a lot of stupid people just don’t know how good they have it compared to other countries and that in itself is sad
