Trump has been talking about a travel ban to Latin America partly due to what is going on in Brazil. You don't want someone else's headaches becoming your headaches. That travel ban could happen any day now.

Not exactly my friend. The state of Sau Paulo has less than 25% of the cases in Brazil.
That`s almost like saying that Montreal has all the cases in Canada.
BTW why is that idiot Tramp still allowing travel to and from Brazil weeks after he closed the border with Canada ?

One thing that bothers me is that our government has gone above and beyond to protect the ones at risk , so much information and effort to protect our population ... they’ve sent Billions and Billions of dollars to millions of households that were in need of financial help so they wouldn’t have to worry about the essentials ,,, but still what do some people do ? They keep complaining about how big government is stealing their civil liberties and freedoms .... a lot of stupid people just don’t know how good they have it compared to other countries and that in itself is sad

There is no issue here - it was an automatic transaction via the companies 10b5-1 plan that was set up in 2018. I assume it was set up to sell when certain price targets were reached i.e. a limit order
These are common and avoid any legal issue of insider trading since transactions are typically executed automatically, via brokers, without the insiders taking any action.
That's correct- the Moderna stock sales were automatic transactions, a sell off when a certain price point was reached. The insider principals took no action. There is no linkage between the likelihood of success of the vaccines and these transactions, which were automatic.
